MONMOUTH – Sean Caddigan poured in a game-high 27 points Wednesday to lead Telstar to a 70-66 victory over Monmouth in boys’ hoops action.

Caddigan now has 1,126 points to become the all-time leading scorer in Telstar history, surpassing Kinsey Durgin, who had 1,109 points.

Telstar trailed by 11 points after the first quarter, then rallied with a 25-point second frame to pull into contention. Caddigan posted 17 of his points in the second half to lead the charge.

Ryan Kimball chipped in for the Rebels (3-3) with 16 points, while Matt Zinchuk added 10.

Nate Armstrong led the Mustangs (0-6) with a 24 points and 11 rebounds, while Sean Holbrook tallied 12.

Winslow 67, Oak Hill 47

WINSLOW – Adam Puiia drained 16 points Wednesday to propel Winslow to a 67-47 victory over Oak Hill.

James Wood and John Goulet chipped in for the Black Raiders (2-3) with 10 points apiece.

Mike Eaton scored 13 points to lead Oak Hill (0-5), while Robie Leavitt added nine.

Livermore Falls 61, Mt. Abram 56

SALEM – Mike Durrell netted 17 points to pace Livermore Falls to a narrow 61-56 victory over Mt. Abram.

Livermore Falls led by three at the half, then outscored their opponent 22-14 in the third quarter to extend its margin to double digits. The Roadrunners closed in the final stanza, but could not catch the Andies.

Levi Castonguay chipped in for the Andies with 14 points, while Davis Mercier added 10.

Jordan Norton led the Roadrunners (2-4) with 24 points. Aaron Adams and Tyson Chase tallied 10 points each.
