PARIS – The Western Maine Women’s Network will feature guest speaker Carol York, certified financial planner, Ameriprise Financial, at the Tuesday, Jan. 17, event. York, a financial planner since 1996, will discuss how to define financial dreams, develop a plan and track progress.
The meeting, titled “Money, Money, Money,” will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Smiling Moose Publyk House and Tavern in South Paris.

The network serves as a resource for women as they build professional and personal partnerships.
The network creates a professional environment for all women to become more effective in the business world through networking, education, and connections with community resources.
The Western Maine Chapter, organized in 2003, holds monthly events. An invitation is open to all women who would like to attend. The cost, $8 for nonmembers and $5 for members, includes refreshments, networking and the featured speaker.
