LEWISTON – The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court

Jeffrey Brown, 50, Auburn, theft of services on Sept. 4, found guilty, fined $50 and ordered to pay $6.50 restitution.

Michael Scott Brown, 37, Wales, possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on July 3, offense committed on first charge, fined $350; second charge dismissed.

Victor Brown, 41, Lewiston, two counts of assault on Aug. 23, found guilty on both charges, fined $300 for each charge.

Richard A. Buchiere, 54, Lewiston, furnishing liquor to a minor on Sept. 1, found guilty, fined $250.

Brian G. Buckley, 19, Lewiston, possession of liquor by a minor on Sept. 23, offense committed, fined $200.

Charles E. Bunker, 20, Minot, sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana on Sept. 15, offense committed on both charges, fined $300 on first charge; fined $350 on second charge.

Barbara J. Bunnell, 33, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Aug. 24, found guilty, fined $100.

Daniel E. Burgess, 35, Auburn, violating a protective order on Sept. 23, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Tracy R. Burke, 31, Minot, dog chasing moose, deer or wild turkey on July 2, fined $150 by default.

Chad L. Camire, 19, Auburn, possession of liquor by a minor on Oct. 1, offense committed, fined $200.

Debra J. Caron, 44, Sabattus, burning prohibited material on Oct. 7, found guilty, fined $250.

Heidi L. Caron, 25, Auburn, operating under the influence on Sept. 4, sent to jury trial.

Santiago Castillo Jr., 23, Lewiston, operating under the influence on Sept. 12 and violating condition of release on Oct. 2, found guilty on both charges, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended 90 days on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Alan J. Cayer, 22, South Portland, operating while license suspended or revoked on June 2, found guilty, fined $250.

David A. Chadburn, 40, Leeds, possession of marijuana on Sept. 23, offense committed, fined $350.

Karen J. Chadburn, 21, Poland, operating under the influence on July 27, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended 90 days.
