RUMFORD – The following cases were closed recently in 11th District Court.

Travis L. Child, 19, Peru, violating condition of release on Sept. 3, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Michael R. Dupuis, 32, Sanford, operating a snowmobile on a plowed road on Nov. 27, waived, fined $100.

Ashley C. Fletcher, 22, Rumford, violating condition of release on Dec. 30, found guilty, fined $100.

David Hodgkins, 45, Roxbury, hunting with firearms without hunter orange and operating an unregistered ATV on Nov. 26, offense committed on both charges, fined $100 for each charge.

Eugene F. Kendall, 57, White River Junction, Vt., loaded firearm in a motor vehicle on Nov. 11, waived, fined $100.

Andrew K. McDonnell, 19, Windham, operating an unregistered snowmobile on Nov. 26, waived, fined $100.

Norbert A. Thibault, 42, Sumner, terrorizing on Oct. 21, dismissed.

Stephanie M. Vicars, 20, Rumford, violating condition of release on Dec. 30, found guilty, fined $100.

Kendra Anderson, 22, Dixfield, operating under the influence on Aug. 19, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 72 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Thomas Bender, 25, Jay, operating a vehicle without a license on July 12, found guilty, fined $100.

Jason W. Berube, 35, Dixfield, failure to register a vehicle on June 24, found guilty, fined $100.

Heather L. Boulanger, 25, Rumford, criminal mischief on May 18, filed, find $50.

Janet Bowman, 45, Andover, unlawfully permitting operation of an ATV on July 23, filed with no cost.

Pamela J. Bryant, 50, Dixfield, junkyard/automobile graveyard violation on Oct. 21, 2004, offense committed, fined $500.

Amanda L. Buotte, 18, Rumford, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on July 24, dismissed.

Amy L. Burgess, 30, Roxbury, disorderly conduct on Nov. 4, found guilty, fined $100.

Eric Butterfield, 33, Livermore Falls, disorderly conduct on June 9, found guilty, fined $100.

Seth T. Carey, 30, permitting attachment of false plates and permitting unlawful use on May 31 and attaching false plates on June 1, all charges dismissed.

Ricky A. Davis, 47, Mexico, sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana on April 25, both charges dismissed.

Jesse R. Farrington, 21, Andover, operating under the influence on July 21, found guilty, fined $500.

Joshua P. Gagnon, 30, Rumford, violating condition of release on May 6, found guilty, fined $100.

Peare Kimberly Gautreau, 40, Andover, unlawfully permitting operation of an ATV on July 23, filed with no cost.

Brian J. Goodrich, 34, Bethel, operating under the influence with one prior on Sept. 10 and violating condition of release on Oct. 15, both charges sent to jury trial.

Steve Grigsby, 46, Farmington Falls, night hunting on Nov. 5, sent to jury trial.

Kermit R. Houghton, 31, Carthage, fined $700, sentenced to 90 days with all but seven days suspended, one year probation and license suspended 18 months.

Brian J. Hutchinson, 19, Rumford, criminal mischief on June 23, found guilty, fined $100 and ordered to pay $264 restitution.

Nathan Hutchinson, 24, Dixfield, assault and obstructing the report of a crime on Nov. 4, both charges sent to jury trial.

Charles Lavigne, 34, Freeport, disturbing traps of another on Oct. 22, sent to jury trial.

Michael J. Merrill, 28, Mexico, assault and operating after suspension on Feb. 1, 2001, operating after suspension on Feb. 7, 2001, and refusing to sign a uniform summons complaint on Feb. 8, 2001, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $200; fourth charge dismissed; also charged with criminal mischief, assault and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on June 11, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to 20 days for each charge; also charged with violating condition of release on Nov. 23, dismissed.

Tony J. Merrill, 24, Bethel, probation violation on a March 20 assault charge, sentenced to 30 days and probation partially revoked and continued.

John Messinese, 44, Rumford, operating a vehicle without a license on June 1, found guilty, fined $100.

Christopher M. Olsen, 33, Lawrence, Mass., discharging a firearm near a dwelling on May 12, found guilty, fined $400.

John J. Pastore, 34, Windham, disturbing traps of another on Oct. 22, sent to jury trial.

Brian Purcell, 24, Tampa, Fla., operating under the influence on Aug. 14, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 72 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Charles B. Rabon, 49, Rumford, operating under the influence on Oct. 23, sent to jury trial.

Shawn Russell, 27, Rumford, operation of defective vehicles on April 6 and possession of fireworks on June 8, found guilty on first charge, fined $50; second charge dismissed.

Allen J. Scott, 46, Mexico, operating under the influence on June 18, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 72 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Philip M. Smith, 42, Roxbury, assault and terrorizing on Nov. 26, both charges sent to jury trial.

Ronald T. Staier, 46, Strong, night hunting on Nov. 5, sent to jury trial.

Brenda Lee Taylor, 36, Woodstock, operating under the influence, operating while license suspended or revoked and attaching false plates on Aug. 28, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours and license suspended 90 days on first charge; fined $500 on second charge; third charge dismissed.

William G. Timberman, 51, Bethel, operating under the influence on Nov. 5, sent to jury trial.

Emily M. White, 23, Dover, N.H., operating under the influence on March 17 and unlawful use of a license on July 9, found guilty on first charge, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours and license suspended 90 days; second charge dismissed.

Timothy Whitney, 25, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked, unlawful use of a license and operating after registration suspended on June 4, found guilty on first charge, fined $250; second and third charges dismissed; also charged with possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on June 4, found guilty on first charge, fined $350; second charge dismissed.

Michelle Worthley, 22, Rumford, disorderly conduct on July 14, found guilty, fined $100.
