LEWISTON – The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court.

Edward S. Chapman, 53, Bethel, two counts of failure to submit report on Feb. 28, offense committed on both charges, fined $250 for each charge.

Zachary A. Chickering, 29, Lewiston, disorderly conduct and criminal trespass on July 5, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 24 hours on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Paul Chicoine, 29, Greene, operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 25, found guilty, fined $500.

Norman G. Child Jr., 24, Lewiston, terrorizing on Oct. 25, transferred to Superior Court.

Kris R. Chute, 25, Auburn, violating condition of release and indecent conduct on Nov. 23, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to three days; second charge dismissed.

Anthony Ciriello, 22, Lewiston, fishing without a valid license on May 18, found guilty, fined $100.

Jeffrey R. Clark Sr., 33, Auburn, terrorizing on Aug. 20, dismissed.

Roger Clark, 34, Auburn, probation violation on a Jan. 1, 2003, assault charge, sentenced to 35 days and probation partially revoked and continued.

Jason C. Clifford, 21, Turner, operating while license suspended on June 4 and criminal trespass on July 30, found guilty on both charges, fined $250 on first charge; fined $50 on second charge.

Michael Keith Cloutier, 44, Lewiston, violating a protective order on Sept. 13, dismissed.

Corey A. Cole, 34, Lewiston, unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug on Sept. 16, found guilty, fined $400.
