Kodjo K. Agounke, 43, Lewiston, operating under the influence on Jan. 5, 2005, found guilty, fined $600 and license suspended 90 days.

Andrew Akladiss, 25, Boston, Mass., unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Sept. 22, 2004, dismissed.

Mark B. Averill, 38, Sabattus, operating under the influence on Jan. 22, 2005, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Samuel Bailey, 37, Brunswick, operating under the influence and operating a motor vehicle after revocation on March 16, 2002, found guilty on both charges, fined $500, sentenced six months at the county jail and license suspended 90 days on first charge, sentenced to six months at the county jail on second charge.

Henry G. Baker, 41, Livermore Falls, probation violation on a March 14, 2004, gross sexual assault charge, sentenced to 24 months at the state prison and probation partially revoked and continued; also charged with illegal possession of a firearm or crossbow on Oct. 29, dismissed.

Nicholas A. Barajas, 24, Auburn, probation violation on the June 7, 2002, burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charges, sentenced to three days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued for each charge.

Jack M. Barry, 49, Auburn, operating under the influence with one prior, attaching false plates and operating a vehicle without a license on Jan. 26, 2005, found guilty on first charge, fined $800, sentenced to 10 days at the county jail and license suspended 18 months; second and third charges dismissed.

Jamie B. Beaulieu, 32, Jay, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, assault and disorderly conduct on July 3, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $100.

Richard Behr, 44, Lewiston, disorderly conduct and trafficking in dangerous knives on Feb. 26, found guilty on first charge, fined $150; second charge dismissed.

Edwin R. Bennett, 51, Buckfield, operating under the influence and driving to endanger on Jan. 28, 2005, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $300 and license suspended 30 days.

Brenda J. Bergeron, 53, Wales, two counts of criminal mischief on Feb. 17, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 48 hours at the county jail and ordered to pay $743.96 restitution on first charge; sentenced to 48 hours at the county jail on second charge.

Richard T. Betters, 26, Gorham, operating under the influence, theft by receiving stolen property, theft by unauthorized use of property and failing to make an oral or written accident report on Jan. 28, 2005, found guilty on all charges, fined $600, sentenced to two days at the county jail and license suspended 18 months on first charge; fined $100 on second charge; sentenced to 20 days at the county jail on third charge; fined $75 on fourth charge.

Christopher D. Bigelow, 30, West Rockport, operating under the influence on Dec. 4, 2004, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to 12 days at the county jail and license suspended 90 days.

Edward Bishop, 27, Lewiston, probation violation on a March 21, 2004, violating condition of release charge, sentenced to 14 days at the county jail and probation revoked and continued.

Richard Bosse, 50, Auburn, unlawful sexual touching on Feb. 1, found guilty, sentenced to 60 days at the county jail with all suspended and one year probation.

Robert S. Bouchard, 31, Lewiston, operating under the influence with one prior on Jan. 16, 2005, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Brian B. Boucher, 39, Lewiston, probation violation on a June 11, 2003 unlawful possession of a scheduled drug charge, sentenced to nine days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Sheila Brown, 58, failing to notify owner of accident property damage on March 1, filed, fined $100.

Adria C. Buchanan, 24, Lewiston, probation violation on a July 30, 2003, sexual abuse of a minor charge, sentenced to 35 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Jacqueline P. Calhoun, 36, Hebron, probation violation on a Aug. 21, 2003, unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug charge, sentenced to six months at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Michael S. Carlton, 24, Dixfield, operating under the influence with one prior on Feb. 6, 2005, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to 12 days at the county jail, license suspended 18 months and registration suspended.

Sherrie Chambers, 39, Auburn, criminal trespass on Sept. 13, 2004 and failing to stop for an officer on March 13, both charges dismissed.

Robert Clark, 44, South Paris, assault and disorderly conduct on Feb. 13, 2005, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $300.

Susan O. Clark, 36, Auburn, disorderly conduct and assault on Aug. 4, found guilty on first charge, fined $200; second charge dismissed.

Joseph P. Cloutier, 24, Brunswick, arson and aggravated criminal mischief on Aug. 21, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to two years and six months at the state prison with all suspended and two years probation.

Eric M. Cone, 40, Turner, probation violation on a Nov. 18, 2004, assault charge, sentenced to 75 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked.

Marc H. Courtemanche, 59, Athens, operating under the influence on Jan. 28, 2005, found guilty, fined $600 and license suspended 90 days.

Gerard O. Couture, 63, Lisbon, night hunting, abuse of property while hunting and placing bait to entice deer on Nov. 16, 2004, first charge filed with no cost; found guilty on second and third charges, fined $250 for each charge.

Charles E. Cox, 49, Lisbon, criminal threatening on Jan. 15, 2004, and two counts of assault on Oct. 30, 2004, all charges dismissed.

Wendell Cressey, 43, Brunswick, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 1, 2004, and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal trespass on Dec. 21, 2004, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail for each charge.

Eileen S. Crossman, 41, Wales, operating under the influence and reckless conduct on Jan. 14, 2005, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $800.

Melanie Currier, 30, Auburn, harassment by telephone on March 16, found guilty, fined $50.

Derek Leon Demers, 24, Auburn, habitual motor vehicle offender, reckless conduct, failing to stop for an officer and endangering the welfare of a child on June 13, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $500 and sentenced to 20 days at the county jail on first charge; sentenced to 20 days on second charge; third and fourth charges dismissed.

Mark A. Drown, 37, Livermore, two counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on July 30, 2004, both charges filed; fined $250 for each charge.
