LEWISTON – The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court.

Adolph Fisher, 61, Lisbon, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 22, found guilty, fined $100.

Charles F. Fontenot, 24, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked, driving to endanger and reckless conduct on July 8, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $700.

Hasan F. Foster, 29, Lewiston, assault on Oct. 8, sent to jury trial.

Kevin J. Foster, 19, Norway, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, unlawful use of a license and operating while license suspended or revoked on Jan. 8, found guilty on first charge, fined $250; second charge dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $250.

Robert A. Freeman, 43, Lisbon Falls, criminal trespass and criminal threatening on Aug. 13, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 15 days; second charge dismissed.

Stephen M. French, 33, Lewiston, operating under the influence on Sept. 8, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Dolores Gaboury, 54, Lewiston, assault on July 16, dismissed.

David E. Gagnon Jr., 34, Mechanic Falls, disorderly conduct on Sept. 3, found guilty, fined $75.

Tracy Gagnon, 19, Greene, possession of liquor by a minor on July 23, offense committed, fined $200.

Ryan A. Gamache, 19, Lewiston, assault on Sept. 10, found guilty, fined $300.

Keith D. Gammon, 39, Lewiston, criminal trespass and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on July 21, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours for each charge.

Nicole C. Gammon, 55, Sabattus, operating under the influence on Feb. 6 and operating while license suspended or revoked on May 15, both charges dismissed; also charged with assault, criminal mischief and reckless conduct on June 9, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second and third charges, sentenced to 48 hours on second charge; sentenced to nine months with all but 21 days suspended and one year probation on third charge; also charged with operating under the influence on Aug. 7, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours and license suspended 90 days; also charged with violating condition of release on Sept. 10 and operating under the influence and violating condition of release on Oct. 13, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second and third charges, sentenced to 48 hours and license suspended on second charge; sentenced to 48 hours on third charge.
