LEWISTON – The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court.

Michael Cole, 26, Auburn, unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Sept. 9, violating condition of release on Sept. 12, found guilty on first charge, fined $75; offense committed on second charge, fined $300; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to 48 hours.

Larry Collins, 39, Greene, sexual exploitation of a minor and sexual abuse of a minor on Aug. 15, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Peter J. Collins, 42, Waldoboro, operating under the influence and failing to stop for an officer on June 18, 2002, found guilty on both charges, fined $600, sentenced to four days and license suspended 90 days on first charge; fined $150 on second charge.

Peter J. Collins, 42, Dresden, operating beyond license restriction on June 18, 2002, found guilty, fined $75.

Eric M. Cone, 40, Turner, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon on Nov. 3, transferred to Superior Court.

Kelli Ann Coolidge, 37, Lewiston, assault on Nov. 19, found guilty, fined $400 and sentenced to 48 hours.

Thomas P. Cooper, 26, Auburn, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on July 20, found guilty, fined $400.

Lawrence J. Correia, 49, Taunton, Mass., operating an ATV on a public way on Sept. 3, fined $100 by default.

Shannon R. Cote, 25, Sabattus, operating a vehicle without a license on Sept. 23, found guilty, fined $100.

Paul E. Cress, 55, Lewiston, probation violation on the April 5 assault and obstructing the report of a crime charges, sentenced to 100 days and probation partially revoked.

Henry Cressey, 54, Auburn, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Aug. 12 and violating condition of release on Sept. 24, found guilty on first charge, fined $400; second charge dismissed.

Jerry Croteau Jr., 35, Mechanic Falls, operating under the influence on Aug. 16, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Betty J. Cunningham, 42, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Aug. 14, transferred to Superior Court.

Gary M. Curtis, 25, Lewiston, criminal trespass on Sept. 10, found guilty, fined $75.

Brenda Cyr, 40, Lewiston, operating a vehicle without a license on March 29, dismissed.

James E. Cyr, 19, Greene, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 30, found guilty, fined $200.

Oscar M. Cyr, 20, Oxford, criminal trespass and assault on Sept. 11, both charges sent to jury trial; also charged with violating condition of release on Oct. 12, transferred to Superior Court.

Paul K. Cyr, 34, Lewiston, criminal mischief on May 16, found guilty, sentenced to 96 hours and ordered to pay $500 restitution.

Ricky D. Cyr, 19, Auburn, criminal speed on June 19, filed, fined $258.

Shannon A. Daigle, 21, Lewiston, operating under the influence, unlawful trafficking of a scheduled drug and trafficking in dangerous knives on July 3, all charges sent to jury trial.

Brandin Daigneault, 18, Auburn, possession of marijuana on Sept. 23, offense committed, fined $350.

Ryan M. Davis, 19, Vienna, operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 26, found guilty, fined $250.

Carolyn June Deberry, 26, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 2, found guilty, fined $100.

Andrew C. Deering, 18, Jay, transportation of liquor by a minor on Aug. 12, offense committed, fined $100 and license suspended 30 days.

Linda M. Degroft, 52, Lisbon Falls, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 3, found guilty, fined $100.

Samantha Delgado, 22, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on Aug. 25, sent to jury trial.

Marcel J. Delorme Jr., 21, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on July 24, found guilty, fined $75.

Michelle Demand, 18, Poland, assault and theft by unauthorized use of property on May 28, found guilty on both charges, fined $300 on first charge; fined $75 on second charge.

Jody W. Diaz, 37, Jay, assault and violating condition of release on Oct. 23, both charges sent to jury trial.

Frank J. Dion, 39, Leeds, gross sexual assault and unlawful sexual contact on Oct. 2, both charges transferred to Superior Court; also charged with violating condition of release on Nov. 10, found guilty, sentenced to four days.

Nathaniel Allen Doane, 28, Poland, sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana on July 2, offense committed on both charges, fined $300 on first charge; fined $350 on second charge.

Erwin Dolloff, 65, Rumford, probation violation on a March 4 assault charge, sentenced to 60 days and probation partially revoked.

Shaun S. Dorrington, 31, Lewiston, habitual motor vehicle offender and attaching false plates on June 18, found guilty on both charges, fined $500 and sentenced to 48 hours on first charge; fined $75 on second charge.

Shannon Douglas, 22, Lewiston, criminal mischief on Sept. 24, found guilty, fined $75 and ordered to pay $250 restitution.

Kenneth W. Drummond, 34, Lewiston, assault on Oct. 27, found guilty, fined $350, sentenced to 120 days with all suspended and two years probation.

Jessica A. Dubois, 21, Lewiston, disorderly conduct and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on April 30 and operating while license suspended or revoked on July 18, found guilty on all charges, fined $75 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge; fined $250 on third charge.

Kristi L. Dugan, 28, Lisbon Falls, misuse of identification on Aug. 29, found guilty, fined $100.

Robert A. Dunlop, 19, Lewiston, possession of liquor by a minor on Sept. 27, fined $200 by default.

Mark A. Dunn, 21, Winthrop, operating while license suspended or revoked on Oct. 4, found guilty, fined $250.

Robert Emerson, 21, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked and attaching false plates on April 18, found guilty on first charge, fined $250; second charge dismissed; also charged with failing to stop for an officer, operating while license suspended and failure to register a vehicle on Aug. 31, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $100 on first charge; fined $500 on second charge; third charge dismissed.

Travis Enman, 22, Lewiston, burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 29, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Nicholas C. Eugley, 23, Orono, failure to register a vehicle on Oct. 2, found guilty, fined $75.

Christopher Scott Farrington, 25, Auburn, forgery on Aug. 12, transferred to Superior Court.

Lorraine R. Farris, 21, Lewiston, operating a vehicle without a license on Sept. 7, dismissed.

Leigh P. Feeney, 48, Brunswick, disorderly conduct on Sept. 7 and criminal trespass on Sept. 13, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 24 hours for each charge; also charged with criminal mischief and criminal trespass on Nov. 20, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to four days on first charge; sentenced to one day on second charge.

Maurice Field, 32, Sabattus, failure to register a vehicle on Sept. 15, found guilty, fined $75.

Danielle M. Fillion, 20, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 8, found guilty, fined $500.

Adolph Fisher, 61, Lisbon, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 22, found guilty, fined $100.

Charles F. Fontenot, 24, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked, driving to endanger and reckless conduct on July 8, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $700.

Hasan F. Foster, 29, Lewiston, assault on Oct. 8, sent to jury trial.

Kevin J. Foster, 19, Norway, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, unlawful use of a license and operating while license suspended or revoked on Jan. 8, found guilty on first charge, fined $250; second charge dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $250.

Robert A. Freeman, 43, Lisbon Falls, criminal trespass and criminal threatening on Aug. 13, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 15 days; second charge dismissed.

Stephen M. French, 33, Lewiston, operating under the influence on Sept. 8, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Dolores Gaboury, 54, Lewiston, assault on July 16, dismissed.

David E. Gagnon Jr., 34, Mechanic Falls, disorderly conduct on Sept. 3, found guilty, fined $75.

Tracy Gagnon, 19, Greene, possession of liquor by a minor on July 23, offense committed, fined $200.

Ryan A. Gamache, 19, Lewiston, assault on Sept. 10, found guilty, fined $300.

Keith D. Gammon, 39, Lewiston, criminal trespass and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on July 21, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours for each charge.

Nicole C. Gammon, 55, Sabattus, operating under the influence on Feb. 6 and operating while license suspended or revoked on May 15, both charges dismissed; also charged with assault, criminal mischief and reckless conduct on June 9, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second and third charges, sentenced to 48 hours on second charge; sentenced to nine months with all but 21 days suspended and one year probation on third charge; also charged with operating under the influence on Aug. 7, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours and license suspended 90 days; also charged with violating condition of release on Sept. 10 and operating under the influence and violating condition of release on Oct. 13, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second and third charges, sentenced to 48 hours and license suspended on second charge; sentenced to 48 hours on third charge.
