Thomas Jordan, 22, Turner, operating an unregistered ATV on July 30, dismissed.

Alfred Kelly, 24, Lewiston, keeping a dangerous dog on Sept. 6, fined $250 by default, ordered to pay $105 restitution.

Jon Kendrick, 59, Oxford, operating under the influence on Aug. 6, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Charles Kessinger II, 24, Jay, violating condition of release, operating under the influence, and operating while license suspended or revoked on May 21, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to two days; found guilty on second charge, fined $500, sentenced to two days and license suspended 90 days; third charge dismissed.

James Kimball, 18, Buckfield, operating a vehicle without license on Sept. 24, found guilty, fined $100.

John King, 40, Bangor, operating after habitual offender revocation on Nov. 5, transferred to Superior Court.

Joshua Kirschmann, 21, Greene, failing to stop an ATV and operating an unregistered ATV on Oct. 3, found guilty on first charge, fined $1,000 with all but $700 suspended; offense committed on second charge, fine concurrent with first charge.

Maria Knapp, 37, Lewiston, harassment on Aug. 22, sent to jury trial.

Brandon Knight, 20, Lewiston, violating condition of release on April 24, filed, fined $200.

Michael Knight Jr., 27, Phippsburg, disorderly conduct on April 2, 2000, found guilty, fined $100.

Adam Kundishora, 18, South Portland, possessing liquor by a minor on Sept. 3, fined $200 by default.

Michael Lahey, 44, Casco, unlawful use of a license on Jan. 30, found guilty, fined $100.

Matthew Lajoie, 19, Bath, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 29, found guilty, fined $100 and ordered to pay $60 restitution.

Isaac Landreth, 22, Lewiston, aggravated assault on Oct. 30, transferred to Superior Court.

Terry Lavoie, 20, Lewiston, assault and terrorizing on Oct. 5, found guilty on first charge, fined $300, sentenced to 90 days with all suspended and two years probation; second charge dismissed.

Tanya Lawrence, 52, Lewiston, criminal mischief on Sept. 13, found guilty, fined $75, and ordered to pay $99 restitution.

Christopher Lecompte, 21, Gray, disorderly conduct and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Oct. 11, found guilty on first charge, fined $150; second charge dismissed.

James Lee, 22, Poland, assault on Aug. 14, found guilty, fined $300 and ordered to pay $164.50 restitution.

Christopher Leet, 21, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Aug. 10, transferred to Superior Court.

Dennis Lemieux Jr., 19, Lewiston, criminal speed on Aug. 27, dismissed.

Daniel Leonas, 41, Lewiston, failing to yield right the of way on July 2, fined $250 with all but $100 suspended.

Dustin Lessard, 25, Lewiston, violating condition of release and criminal mischief on Nov. 8, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 10 days for each charge.

Keith Levasseur, 23, Auburn, operating under the influence, unlawful possession of scheduled drug and operating while license suspended or revoked on Nov. 20, found guilty on first charge, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days; second charge dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $250.

Michael Levesque, 25, Lewiston, assault on Aug. 16, transferred to Superior Court.

David Libby, 26, Turner, terrorizing on Oct. 28, found guilty, sentenced to 180 days with all suspended and one year probation.

Robert Lombardi, 36, South Paris, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 14 and violating condition of release on Nov. 10, Nov. 20 and Nov. 25, found guilty on all charges, ordered to 10 hours community service on first charge; sentenced to 24 hours on second charge; sentenced to four days on third charge; sentenced to 10 days on fourth charge.

Ryan Longley, 20, Lewiston, operating a vehicle without a license on June 22, 2001, dismissed.

Christopher Lord, 31, Rumford, operating while license suspended or revoked and failure to register a vehicle on Aug. 28, found guilty on both charges, fined $250 on first charge; unconditional discharge on second charge.

Jessica Mattson, 24, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 9, 2004, filed, fined $200 and ordered to pay $49 restitution.

Joseph McNeil, 24, Buckfield, operating under the influence on June 1, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Eric Melanson, 18, Turner, violating condition of release and two counts of furnishing liquor to a minor on Nov. 19, found guilty on first and second charges, sentenced to two days for each charge; third charge dismissed.

Dean Mercure, 20, Lewiston, operating under the influence on July 30, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Amy Merrill, 34, Poland, operating under the influence with one prior on Sept. 16, sent to jury trial.

Moises Merrill, 25, Auburn, criminal mischief and assault on July 4, 2004, found guilty on first charge on both charges, unconditional discharge for each charge; also charged with disorderly conduct and failure to register a vehicle on Sept. 27, found guilty on both charges, fined $75 for each charge.

Jeremy Miller, 33, Auburn, two counts of violating condition of release on Oct. 4, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Hindia Mohamed, 19, Lewiston, violating condition of release on Oct. 26, found guilty, fined $40.

Jacob Moody, 25, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on June 26, found guilty, fined $500.

Melissa Moody, 24, Greene, operating while license suspended or revoked on Oct. 12, found guilty, fined $250.

Hector Morales, 26, Lewiston, assault and reckless conduct on Aug. 7, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, scheduled for sentencing.

Evan Moran, 30, Lewiston, two counts of burglary and two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 19, all charges transferred to Superior Court.

Anthony Morin, 36, Lewiston, failure to register a vehicle on Aug. 24, found guilty, fined $75.

Donald Morin, 47, Auburn, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs on July 14, transferred to Superior Court.

Christopher Morrell, 20, Lewiston, possessing liquor by a minor on Sept. 3, offense committed, fined $200.

Rebecca Morris, 20, Auburn, criminal mischief on Sept. 19, found guilty, fined $75.

William Murchison, 21, Lewiston, assault on Sept. 14, found guilty, sentenced to 364 days with all but six days suspended and one year probation.

Richard Murray, 55, Lewiston, operating under the influence with one prior and operating a vehicle without a license on Aug. 6, both charges sent to jury trial.
