The following are to be arraigned Feb. 7 in Rumford District Court:

• Tyler M. Jasud, 21, Rumford, operating under the influence, 11:33 p.m. Jan. 13 on Hall Hill Road. He was released on $700 unsecured bail.

• Yaicha L. Provencher, 21, Rumford, operating after suspension and summoned for violating bail conditions, 9:45 p.m. Jan. 13 on Route 108. She was released on $700 unsecured bail.

• Michelle Shaker, 19, Rumford, warrant for probation revocation on charge of theft and New Hampshire warrant, 3:20 p.m. Jan. 13 on Cumberland Street. She was taken to Oxford County Jail in Paris.

• Bruce R. Wing, 24, Mexico, two Androscoggin County warrants for unpaid fines on charge of disorderly conduct, and habitual offender and false plates, 11:30 p.m. Jan. 7 on High Street. He was taken to Oxford County Jail.

Accidents

• Jan. 13, 2:05 p.m. – A 2000 Dodge Caravan minivan operated by Kelly Pelletier, 36, of Mexico, collided with a 1996 Toyota pickup truck driven by Sheila Curtis, 40, of Peru, that was stopped in traffic on Lincoln Avenue. No injuries were reported. Damage to Dodge was estimated at $4,000; to the truck, $800.

• Jan. 13, 1:43 p.m. – A 1997 Dodge Intrepid operated by Marie Stalter, 37, of Bangor, collided with a stopped 1990 Cadillac DeVille driven by Wayne McPherson, 52, of Rumford on Lincoln Avenue by the ballfields. A passenger in Stalter’s car, Harold Reeve, 29, of Rumford, refused treatment on scene, but later went to Rumford Hospital with a head injury. Damage to the Intrepid was estimated at $1,200; to the Cadillac, $4,000.

• Jan. 11, about 5 p.m. – A two-car crash occurred on Lincoln Avenue but the police report had yet to be completed by Jan. 13. Involved in the wreck, were Ernest Bent, 60, of Rumford, who was driving a 1999 Chevrolet Lumina, and Denis C. LeCours, 19, of Rumford, who was driving a 1993 Ford Taurus. LeCours was subsequently arrested on charge of obstructing government administration and released on $700 unsecured bail. He is to be arraigned on Feb. 7 in Rumford District Court.
