LEWISTON – The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court.

Adulkadir Geodi, 35, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on Sept. 7 and violating condition of release on Nov. 13, found guilty on both charges, fined $75 on first charge; sentenced to 24 hours on second charge.

Nathaniel J. Gerrish, 18, Bailey Island, possession of liquor by a minor on Sept. 23, offense committed, fined $200.

Michael D. Giambra, 32, Lewiston, criminal trespass on June 8, found guilty, sentenced to four days.

Mickey L. Gilley, 23, Harpswell, failing to give correct name, address or date of birth on May 20, found guilty, fined $100.

Glen Dube Excavation, Sabattus, defective steer control component rule violation on Sept. 30, found guilty, fined $100.

Jesse Adam Goodwin, 25, Lewiston, criminal mischief on Aug. 28, found guilty, fined $100 and ordered to pay $67.51 restitution.

Devon M. Gray, 19, Lewiston, possession of liquor by a minor on Sept. 24, fined $200 by default.

Hannah Greene Stark, 24, Portland, operating while license suspended or revoked on July 2, found guilty, fined $250.

James W. Greer, 21, Greene, criminal speed on May 21, dismissed.

Dyana Gregory, 41, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on April 14, filed, fined $100.

Tina M. Grenier, 19, Buckfield, criminal mischief on Sept. 15, found guilty, fined $75 and ordered to pay $385 restitution.

Kirk P. Grover, 30, Lewiston, operating after registration suspended on July 25, found guilty, fined $100.

Jonathan R. Guimond, 30, Turner, abuse of another person’s property on June 26, found guilty, fined $100.

Matthew R. Hall, 20, Lewiston, criminal mischief on Nov. 20, found guilty, fined $100.

James W. Halliday Jr., 37, Livermore Falls, assault and criminal threatening on Sept. 23, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $200.

Shelly Hamilton, 39, Lisbon Falls, allowing a dog to be at large on Sept. 14, fined $100 by default.

Alicia Hampton, 23, Lewiston, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and possession or transfer of burglar’s tools on Oct. 28, all charges transferred to Superior Court.

Joshua S. Harmon, 20, Auburn, two counts of terrorizing on April 18, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $75.

Scott A. Harmon, 21, Wells, operating under the influence, violation condition of release and attaching false plates on Nov. 11, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $500, sentenced to two days and license suspended 90 days on first charge; sentenced to two days on second charge; third charge dismissed.

Daren M. Haslip, 21, Poland, operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 21, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to 12 days, license suspended one year and registration suspended.

Shanda Jean Hathaway, 48, Auburn, assault, operating under the influence and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Sept. 9, all charges sent to jury trial.

Nicholas Heath, 20, Auburn, possession of liquor by a minor on Oct. 1, fined $200 by default.

David F. Heintz, 22, Canton, criminal speed on Aug. 18, found guilty, fined $300.

Mary T. Henderson, 48, Wales, permitting unlawful use on June 25, found guilty, fined $50.

David Henry, 47, Lewiston, probation violation on a July 15 assault charge, sentenced to 90 days and probation partially revoked; also charged with violating condition of release on Oct. 13, transferred to Superior Court.

Amanda B. Henson, 27, Auburn, operating after registration suspended on Aug. 31, found guilty, fined $100.

Bernhard H. Herlyn, 21, Wynnewood, Pa., offense committed, fined $200.

Howard N. Hernandez, 19, Lewiston, failing to stop for an officer, operating while license suspended or revoked and attaching false plates on Sept. 11, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $100 on first charge; fined $500 on second charge; third charge dismissed.

Evelyn M. Herrick, 67, Lewiston, assault and criminal mischief on July 30, first charge dismissed; second charge scheduled for sentencing.

Mark G. Hershkowitz, 44, Lewiston, allowing a dog to be at large on July 22, offense committed, fined $50.

Douglas N. Hersom, 25, Lewiston, burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 28, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Tammy Hesketh, 25, Mechanic Falls, refusing to submit to arrest or detention and assault on Sept. 26, found guilty on both charges, unconditional discharge for each charge.

Jesse T. Hodsdon, 19, Monmouth, operating while license suspended or revoked on Aug. 31, found guilty, fined $250.

Christiane M. Hollis, 27, Gray, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and misuse of identification on Sept. 21, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 21 days and ordered to pay $359.69 restitution on first charge; fined $10 on second charge.

Richard J. Houle, 49, Portland, indecent conduct on Sept. 1, found guilty, fined $50.

Amanda K. Howard, 20, Greene, operating after registration suspended on Oct. 1, found guilty, fined $100.

Elmer Joseph Howard, 39, Lewiston, illegal possession of a firearm or crossbow, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs and violating condition of release on Oct. 6, all charges transferred to Superior Court.

Kevin J. Hughes, 40, Turner, operating under the influence on July 21, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Tyrone R. Hughes, 26, Lewiston, obstructing public ways on Sept. 3, dismissed.

Elizabeth Huot, 30, Lisbon, operating while license suspended or revoked and violating condition of release on Aug. 23, found guilty on first charge, fined $350; second charge dismissed.

Brian Scott Hutchinson, 41, Lewiston, theft by deception on May 1, transferred to Superior Court.

Dana R. Ingalls, 18, Winthrop, possession of liquor by a minor on Sept. 23, offense committed, fined $200.

Julie A. Ingerson, 38, Lisbon, operating under the influence on July 17, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Irish L. Irish, 34, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 4, found guilty, fined $500.

Jason R. Jean, 30, criminal mischief on July 10, found guilty, sentenced to two days and ordered to pay $974.12 restitution.

Todd Jean, 28, Lisbon, operating while license suspended or revoked on Aug. 13, found guilty, fined $500.

David R. Jellison, 37, Auburn, possession of marijuana on Sept. 6, fined $350 by default.

Samuel L. Jencks, 22, Caribou, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 22, found guilty, sentenced to 10 days.

Paul A. Jenkins, 23, Auburn, violating condition of release on Nov. 3, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Paul Allen Jenkins, 23, Lewiston, violating condition of release and disorderly conduct on Nov. 26, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to two days for each charge.

Justin L. Jewell, 24, Lewiston, drinking in public on Sept. 16, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Deborrah Johanson, 55, Auburn, failure to return library property on April 25, dismissed.

Amanda K. Johnson, 19, Bethel, operating after habitual offender revocation on Nov. 2, transferred to Superior Court.

Kelvin Jones, 32, Poland, aggravated assault on Oct. 24, dismissed.

Mark A. Jonitis Jr., 21, Lewiston, possession of marijuana on Sept. 20, fined $350 by default.

Joseph W. Jordan, 33, Turner, possession of marijuana on Dec. 13, 2004, offense committed, fined $200.

Kristina H. Jordan, 22, Lisbon Falls, permitting unlawful use on June 26, found guilty, fined $100.

Ryan M. Jordan, 22, Turner, violating condition of release on Nov. 18, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Thomas K. Jordan, 22, Turner, refusing to sign a criminal summons on July 30 and criminal trespass and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on July 31, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $75 on first charge; fined $50 on second charge, third charge dismissed.
