Marcus C. Deming, 21, Wilton, driving an unregistered ATV, Nov. 13 in Strong. Fined $100; ATV noise and fire control violation, Nov. 13 in Strong, fined $100.

Shane B. Dexter, 18, Farmington, assault, July 4 in Farmington. Case dismissed.

Shane B. Dexter, 18, Wilton, violating condition of release, Aug. 7 in Wilton. Case dismissed.

Shane B. Dexter, 18, Wilton, assault, Sept. 26 in Wilton. Fined $300 and all but 90 days of a 270-day sentence suspended. He was placed on probation for one year. For a charge of violating condition of release Sept. 26 in Wilton, he was sentenced to 90 days.

James M. Doucette, 24, Albion, failing to make oral or written accident report Aug. 13 in New Sharon. He was fined $500, and his license was suspended 30 days.

Frederick O. Dougherty Jr., 24, Phillips, driving under the influence July 25 in Phillips. Fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Sarah L. Doughty, 18, Jay, furnishing liquor to a minor, Oct. 1 in Weld. Case dismissed.

Richard G. Duquette, 35, Farmington, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, Oct. 6 in Farmington Falls. Case dismissed. For a charge of possession of marijuana Oct. 6 in Farmington Falls, he was fined $350.

Elwin Ellis, 57, New Sharon, driving under the influence, Sept. 21 in Farmington. Fined $500, sentenced for 48 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Jennifer Ellsworth, 18, Strong, driving vehicle without a license, Sept. 30 in Farmington. Fined $100.

Christopher D. Embleton, 21, Farmington, driving under the influence, Nov. 6 in Farmington. Fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Nicole E. Hoffman, 26, Farmington, driving under the influence Sept. 15 in Industry. A 90-day sentence was suspended, and she was placed on probation for a year.

Trevor D. Holt, 25, Farmington, leaving scene of a motor vehicle accident, July 16 in Farmington. Fined $500 and license suspended 30 days.

Donald E. Hunter Sr., 65, Farmington Falls, driving under the influence, Oct. 14 in Farmington. Fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Carl Hutchinson II, 22, Farmington, assault, Nov. 5 in Farmington. Case dismissed. For a second charge of assault Nov. 5 in Farmington, all but 15 days of a 180-day sentence was dismissed, and he was placed on probation for a year. A charge of obstructing the reporting of a crime Nov. 5 in Farmington was dismissed.

Carolyn F. Hynes, 44, York, permitting unlawful use, Aug. 27 in Rangeley. Fined $500.

John P. Jabar, 45, Waterville, criminal mischief, Aug. 4 in Carrabassett Valley. Fined $200.

Howard K. Jackson, 36, New Vineyard, driving under the influence, Sept. 10 in Farmington. Charge dismissed. For a charge of driving to endanger, Sept. 10 in Farmington, he was fined $575, and his license was suspended for 30 days.

Justin M. Karkos, 19, Lewiston, speeding 30 plus mph over speed limit Sept. 4 in Jay. Case dismissed.

Charles D. Kessinger II, 24, Jay, driving under the influence May 8 in Jay. Fined $500, sentenced to seven days and license suspended 90 days. A charge of driving while license suspended or revoked May 8 in Jay was dismissed.

Jason Kimball, 22, Bangor, driving while license suspended or revoked April 26 in Rangeley. Fined $500. For a charge of failing to give correct name or address April 26 in Rangeley, he was sentenced for 24 hours.

Melantha A. Knight, 31, New Sharon, driving under the influence, Sept. 25 in Farmington. Fined $500, sentenced for 48 hours and license suspended for 90 days. A charge of refusing to submit to arrest or detention Sept. 25 in Farmington was dismissed.

Glen A. Knox, 21, Canton, driving while license suspended or revoked July 23 in Wilton. Fined $500 and sentenced for 60 days.

Melvin C. Knox, 47, Carthage, assault, Oct. 15 in Carthage. Charge transferred to Superior Court.

Wendell A. Komulainen Jr., 41, Phillips, assault Nov. 4 in Phillips, assault and violating condition of release Nov. 2 in Phillips. All three charges transferred to Superior Court.
