Karen Sawyer, 28, Buckfield, violating condition of release on Oct. 12, dismissed.

Randy Schmidt, 39, Jay, operating while license suspended or revoked on April 26, found guilty, fined $600.

Edmund Seeley, 43, Lewiston, charged with violating condition of release and operating under the influence on Sept. 16, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to five days on first charge; fined $500 on second charge; also charged with two counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drug and two counts of violating condition of release on Oct. 2, all charges dismissed.

Michael Seeley, 51, Oxford, operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 6, found guilty, fined $250.

Randi Sencabaugh, 21, Jay, operating under the influence on June 16, sent to jury trial.

Francisco Silva, 45, Lewiston, violating a protective order and unlawful possession of scheduled drug on May 16 and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 22, first charge filed with no cost; second charge dismissed; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to 49 days.

Deborah Simmons, 37, Damariscotta, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Sept. 16, found guilty, fined $400.

Nicholas Sitarz, 26, Lisbon, operating while license suspended or revoked and operating after registration suspended on July 29, found guilty on both charges, fined $600 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Shane Small, 21, Lisbon Falls, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and possession of marijuana on Sept. 7, found guilty on first charge, fined $100; offense committed on second charge, fined $350.

Shylania Smart, 25, Lisbon Falls, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 10, transferred to Superior Court.

Michael Smith, 31, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 21, found guilty, fined $500.

Robert Smith, 23, Farmingdale, operating while license suspended or revoked and failing to give correct name, address or date of birth on Feb. 9, found guilty on both charges, fined $500 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Sarah Smith, 25, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 13, found guilty, fined $100.

Thomas Smith, 51, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on Nov. 12, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Timothy Smith, 48, Livermore, operating under the influence with one prior on July 24, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to 12 days, license suspended 18 months and registration suspended.

Serguei Snessar, 40, Staten Island, N.Y., operation with false duty rule violation on May 11, found guilty, fined $450.

Timothy Snow, 29, Auburn, assault and criminal threatening on Sept. 10, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

David Snowman, 43, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 13, found guilty, fined $250.

Javier Soto, 22, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on July 11, found guilty, fined $250.

Kelli Soucy, 18, Lisbon, criminal mischief, criminal trespass and two counts of assault on Aug. 23, found guilty on first charge, fined $75 and ordered to pay $175 restitution; second charge dismissed; found guilty on third and fourth charges, fined $300 for each charge; also charged with consuming liquor by a minor and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Aug. 23, both charges dismissed.

Marian Soucy, 61, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 14, found guilty, fined $100.

Joshua Souther, 28, Livermore Falls, terrorizing on Aug. 10, and assault and criminal mischief on Sept. 9, all charges sent to jury trial.

Wendy Sparks, 34, Lewiston, attaching false plates on Aug. 2, found guilty, fined $75.

Richard Spaulding, 32, Lewiston, violating condition of release on Nov. 19, found guilty, sentenced to two days.

Rebecca St. Pierre, 22, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Aug. 26, dismissed.

Casey Jones Stanley, 24, Lewiston, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief on Aug. 7, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to two days for each charge; theft by receiving stolen property on Aug. 14, found guilty, sentenced to two days and ordered to pay $60 restitution; and aggravated assault, burglary and robbery on Nov. 4, all charges transferred to Superior Court.

George Stetson, 40, Lisbon, operating under the influence with one prior on Oct. 6, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to 12 days, license suspended 18 months and registration suspended.

Jason Stevens, 21, Boothbay Harbor, operating under the influence on June 11, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Eric Strout, 19, Auburn, operating a vehicle without a license on Dec. 11, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Eric Strout, 19, Lewiston, violating condition of release on Nov. 5, found guilty, sentenced to 10 days.

Anthony Sturtevant, 47, Livermore, operating under the influence with two priors and violating condition of release on Aug. 20, both charges sent to jury trial.

Jason Sturtevant, 31, Lewiston, assault on Sept. 12, sent to jury trial.

Heather Tardif, 19, Lewiston, violating condition of release on Nov. 21, found guilty, fined $300 and sentenced to two days.

Angela Taylor, 34, Jay, operating while license suspended or revoked on April 3 and Aug. 25, found guilty on first charge, fined $600; second charge dismissed.

David Taylor, 42, Mechanic Falls, assault, terrorizing, operating vehicle without license and operating under the influence with one prior on Sept. 16 and violating condition of release on Sept. 19, all charges sent to jury trial.

Mackendy Thenor, 19, Lewiston, transporting liquor by a minor on July 17, fined $100 by default and license suspended 30 days.

Matthew Therrien, 33, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on Aug. 31, found guilty, fined $500.

Rene Therrien, 40 Auburn, failure to register a vehicle on Sept. 26, found guilty, fined $75.

Albert Thibodeau, 21, Auburn, operating under the influence on Sept. 10, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 180 days and license suspended by 90 days.

Craig Thibodeau, 20, Lewiston, assault on Nov. 26, found guilty, fined $300, sentenced to 180 days with all but seven days suspended and two years probation.

Maxwell Trott, 39, Lewiston, operating under the influence on Sept. 11, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Dennis Turcotte, 53, Auburn, operating after registration suspended on Sept. 14, dismissed.

David Turner, 27, Lewiston, assault and violating condition of release on Oct. 15, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Anthony Vachon, 21, Lewiston, possessing liquor by a minor on Sept. 3, offense committed, fined $200.

Douglas Vallier, 39, Auburn, harassment on Aug. 24, found guilty, fined $100.

Clarence Vandeymark, 31, Lewiston, assault and violating condition of release on Oct. 18, found guilty on first charge, fined $300, sentenced to 120 days with all suspended and two years probation; second charge dismissed.

Stephen Versluis Jr., 22, Auburn, terrorizing on Sept. 15, dismissed.

Nicholas Vinciguerra, 33, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 9, found guilty, sentenced to four days.

Daniel Violette, 38, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked and attaching false plates on March 24, found guilty on both charges, fined $250 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Leslie Voltolina, 44, Mechanic Falls, assault on Sept. 8, sent to jury trial.

David Walker, 42, Auburn, assault and disorderly conduct on June 29, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $25.

Brittany Ward, 23, Boca Raton, Fla., operating under the influence on Aug. 15, sent to jury trial.

Ellis Warren Sr., 33, Lisbon, terrorizing and unlawful use of a license on Sept. 6, found guilty on both charges, fined $200 on first charge; fined $50 on second charge.

Naomi Waterman, 29, Sumner, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 29, found guilty, fined $200.

Vaughn Waters, 30, Auburn, violating a protective order and violating condition of release on Aug. 25, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 120 days with all suspended and one year probation on first charge; sentenced to 24 hours on second charge.

Michael Wentworth, 22, Auburn, assault on Sept. 1, found guilty, sentenced to 120 days with all suspended and two years probation.

Deborah West, 41, Lewiston, unlawful trafficking in schedule drugs on Nov. 13, dismissed.

Michael Whitcomb, 51, Lewiston, negotiating a worthless instrument on Sept. 22, 2002, found guilty, sentenced to 30 days with all suspended, one year probation and ordered to pay $950 restitution.

Justin White, 23, Durham, operating under the influence, operating while license suspended or revoked, unlawful use of a license and driving to endanger on July 27, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third and fourth charges, fined $100 on third charge; fined $575 and license suspended 30 days on fourth charge.

Daniel Whitney, 29, Auburn, operating under the influence on July 31, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced 48 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Tiffany Whitney, 18, Sabattus, tags and stickers, keeping an unlicensed dog and allowing a dog to be at large on Sept. 15, fined $35 by default on first and second charges; fined $50 by default on third charge.

Troy Whitney, 22, Auburn, two counts of terrorizing on June 24, found guilty on both charges, fined $100 for each charge; also charged with possession of marijuana on Sept. 17, offense committed, fined $350.

Tonya Wilbur, 31, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on July 17, found guilty, fined $500 and sentenced to four days.

Andrew Williams, 37, Lisbon, assault and violating condition of release on Sept. 20, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Brian Williams, 37, Auburn, operating under the influence on Aug. 15, sent to jury trial.

Crystal Wood, 26, Auburn, possession of marijuana on Sept. 15, fined $350 by default.

Jamie Woodbury, 28, Lewiston, violating condition of release on Nov. 27, found guilty, sentenced to three days.

Joseph Zembas, 32, Lewiston, operating vehicle without a license on Sept. 20, found guilty, fined $100.
