As the Bruce M. Whittier civil rights team we are dedicated to increasing safety for students and eliminating violence at school. We also try to eliminate bullying. Members of the team include Zak Sibley, Stephanie Dube, Amanda Lilly, Courtney Belanger, Ian Hodgkiss, Daniel Roberts, and advisor Ms. Nicole Carrera.
We have submitted 50 surveys to all homerooms in middle school, and we have started working on a website as well. The website will include information about harassment and bullying. The public will have an opportunity to ask questions about these topics. Questions will be discussed at our meetings so we can respond appropriately. More information on the website will be available soon. We have been working on many projects that we will be putting on the website, and if you have any questions about them, feel free to type them and ask any of the members.
