FARMINGTON – The following cases were recently closed in 12th District Court:

Ronald R. Ramsey, 74, Jay, driving under the influence Sept. 30 in Jay. Fined $500, sentenced tto 48 hours and license suspended for 90 days.

James M. Reed, 44, Nantucket, Mass., assault Aug. 30 in Farmington. Fined $300. For a second charge of assault Aug. 30 in Farmington, fined $300.

Tracy M. Rich, 20, Jay, assault Oct. 31 in Jay. Case dismissed. For a charge of obstructing the reporting of a crime Oct. 31 in Jay, fined $100.

Tristan L. Ridlon, 20, Wilton, furnishing liquor to a minor Sept. 5 in Chesterville. Fined $300.

George M. Rinick, 48, Fredericksburg, Va., rule violation, duty status not current Oct. 10 in New Sharon. Fined $250.

Jamie E. Robbins, 22, Durham, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and violating condition of release Dec. 1 in Farmington. Both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Cindy M. Roberts, 40, Strong, negotiating a worthless instrument July 31 in Phillips. Case dismissed.

Evan N. Root, 22, Raymond, kindling fire without permission July 3 in Township 6 north of Weld. Fined $100.

Jonathan M. Ross, 23, Wilton, sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana Aug. 4 in Farmington. Both charges dismissed.

Raynold Ross, 42, Rangeley, criminal mischief Aug. 12 in Phillips. Fined $300 and ordered to make restitution of $25. A charge of reckless conduct Aug. 12 in Phillips was dismissed.

Raynold Ross, 42, Rangeley, theft by receiving stolen property Nov. 15 in Rangeley. Case dismissed.

Cassandra Roy, 19, Farmington, forgery and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer July 18 in Farmington. Both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Dennis A. Russell, 18, Dryden, being a minor possessing liquor Sept. 30 in Weld. Fined $200.

Trudy M. Salisbury, 60, Skowhegan, driving after registration suspended June 25 in Wilton. Fined $100.

Addam L. Sheets, 18, Jay, speeding 30 plus mph over speed limit Aug. 21 in Jay. Fined $400 and license suspended for 60 days. For a charge of driving vehicle without license Aug. 21 in Jay, fined $200.

Jeremy R. Sherwood, 30, Jay, assault Sept. 13 in Wilton. Case dismissed.

Shane Silva, 22, Farmington, burglary, criminal mischief, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer July 6 in Farmington. All three charges transferred to Superior Court.

Roy J. Simoneau Jr., 21, Chesterville, driving under the influence Oct. 22 in Farmington. Fined $500, and license suspended for 90 days.

Julia A. Small, 29, Farmington, assault on an emergency medical care provider Aug. 31 in Farmington. Charge transferred to Superior Court.

Julie A. Small, 29, Farmington, violating condition of release Dec. 9 in Farmington. Sentenced to 72 hours.

Allan Stebbins, 23, Vienna, driving under the influence and driving after registration suspended Aug. 7 in Farmington. Both charges dismissed. For a charge of driving to endanger Aug. 7 in Farmington, fined $575 and license suspended for 30 days.

Kenneth M. Storer, 24, Wilton, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs Feb. 28 in Farmington. Charge transferred to Superior Court.

Nathan A. Stuart, 26, Industry, driving while license suspended or revoked Oct. 23 in Farmington. Case dismissed. For a charge of driving while license suspended or revoked Oct. 22 in Farmington, fined $500.

Anthony B. Sturtevant, 47, Arundel, driving under the influence July 29 in Farmington. Fined $1,100, all but 60 days of a 364-day sentence suspended, placed on probation for one year and license suspended four years.

Steven W. Taylor, 30, Weld, two counts of violating condition of release Aug. 10 in Weld were both dismissed.

Douglas A. Thames, 41, Orrington, driving after license suspension Oct. 14 in Perkins Twp. Fined $250.

Samuel B. Thibault, 23, East Wilton, driving after habitual offender revocation July 16 in Rangeley. Charge transferred to Superior Court.

Susan Thornton, 41, Avon, driving under the influence Oct. 7 in Farmington. Fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours Androscoggin County Jail and license suspended for 90 days. Charges of driving while license suspended or revoked and driving after registration suspended Oct. 7 in Farmington were both dismissed.

Karren L. Wadsworth, 52, Wilton, driving under the influence and driving vehicle without license Aug. 6 in Wilton. Both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Zachary L. Webber, 24, Chesterville, driving under the influence Sept. 18 in Farmington. Fined $700, all but seven days of a 90-day sentence suspended, placed on probation for one year and license suspended for 18 months.

Sandra J. Welch, 59, Moscow, driving under the influence and attaching false plates Sept. 3 in Farmington. Both charges filed.

Gregg A. Wicken, 31, Brooktondale, N.Y., speeding 30 plus mph over speed limit July 29 in Farmington. Charge dismissed.

Michael E. Worth, 19, East Wilton, driving while license suspended or revoked-driving under the influence Nov. 3 in Farmington. Fined $600, sentenced to seven days and license suspended for a year.

For a charge of the transportation of drugs by a minor Nov. 3 in Farmington, fined $200, license suspended one year and registration suspended.
