HALIBURTON, Ontario – Two Poland mushers earned high marks at the Haliburton Highlands Dogsled Derby held Sunday in Canada. The event was sanctioned by the International Sled Dog Racing Association and counts towards the International Champinship Series for Sled Dog Racing.

Jeff Brannen of Poland, finished second in the Adult 2-Dog Speed Class, covering the 8-mile course with a time of 27:51. He also earned a fourth place finish in the Adult 4-Dog Speed Class with a clocking of 31:51.

Heather Brannen of Poland, registered a fourth place finish in the Adult 2-Dog Speed Class with a time of 31:32.
