Masked Marvel

NEWRY – The Black Diamond Family Entertainment Series will present Michael Cooper, the Masked Marvel at 7 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 4, at the Grand Ballroom, Grand Summit Resort Hotel, Sunday River Ski Resort. Coalition lunch

BRIDGTON – The Lake Region Healthy Communities Coalition will hold a lunch at noon Tuesday, Feb. 7, at the Bridgton Community Center, 15 Depot St.

Sunday service

NORWAY – The Sunday service for Feb. 5 at the First Universalist Church, Norway, Unitarian Universalist, 479 Main St., will be at 11 a.m. It will be led by Ben Tucker, whose family have been members of the First Universalist Church of Norway for generations.

Bridge results

NORWAY – Oxford Hills Bridge Club met Jan. 27 at the Fare Share Market, Main Street, where a three-table Howell movement was played. Finishing first in Flights A and B were Mini Bell and Mary Lou Burns; second, Marta Clements and Nancy Farmer. The club welcomed first-time player Mary Lou Burns. The club will meet at 9 a.m. Friday, Feb. 3, at Fare Share. A partner is guaranteed.
