AUBURN – The following cases were closed recently in the Androscoggin County Superior Court.

David Gibb Akerley, 52, Auburn, habitual motor vehicle offender on Jan. 9, 2005, found guilty, fined $1,000 and sentenced to 20 days at the county jail.

Keith B. Allen, 25, Lewiston, probation violation on a May 19, 2002, unlawfully furnishing scheduled drugs charge, sentenced to three days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Shawn M. Arnold, 30, Auburn, two counts of possessing sexually explicit material of a minor and two counts of possessing sexually explicit material of a minor under 12 on Dec. 8, 2004, found guilty on first and second charges, sentenced to 364 days at the county jail with all suspended and one year probation for each charge; third and fourth charges dismissed.

Michael S. Bernhard, 42, Mechanic Falls, terrorizing on March 6, 2005, filed, fined $100.

Paul Arthur Blouin, 38, Lewiston, burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Feb. 26, 2005, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 21 days at the county jail.

Janice L. Burdin, 41, Poland, theft by unauthorized taking on Dec. 24, 2004, found guilty, sentenced to 120 days at the county jail; also charged with eluding an officer, operating after habitual offender revocation, attaching false plates, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child on March 20, 2005, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 120 days at the county jail; second, third, fourth and fifth charges dismissed.

Mikel Cameron, 25, Augusta, operating a vehicle without a license and attaching false plates on June 20, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail; also charged with operating a vehicle without a license and attaching false plates on July 23, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail on first charge; sentenced to 30 days at the state prison on second charge.

Deniece Cannon, 38, Auburn, probation violation on a July 7, 2001, gross sexual assault charge, sentenced to 17 months at the state prison and probation partially revoked.

David Cherkis, 37, Bethel, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, operating a vehicle without a license, operating under the influence with one prior and operating while license suspended or revoked on Jan. 17, 2005, found guilty on first charge, fined $300; second, third and fourth charges dismissed.

Perley Conrad Childs, 41, Auburn, probation violation on a June 1, 1998, unlawful sexual contact charge, sentenced to 28 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Ben Clark, 19, Auburn, burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 23, 2004, first charge dismissed; found guilty, fined $250 and ordered to pay $900 restitution.

Michael Keith Cloutier, 44, Lewiston, probation violation on a Nov. 17 operating under the influence charge, sentenced to nine days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued; also charged with assault on Nov. 17, filed with no cost.

Thomas Edward Colby Jr., 30, Lewiston, operating after habitual offender revocation on Feb. 15, 2005, found guilty, fined $1,000 and sentenced to 20 days at the county jail.

David S. Corkum, 42, Livermore Falls, assault and disorderly conduct on Aug. 20, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $300.

Deven AJ Coy, 20, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized use of property on Feb. 2, 2005, found guilty, sentenced to five days at the county jail.

Dennis W. Damon, 23, Auburn, operating after habitual offender revocation and attaching false plates on May 17, found guilty on first charge, fined $600 and sentenced to 30 days at the county jail; second charge dismissed.

Jon B. Desrosiers, 36, Lisbon Falls, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs on Sept. 27, 2004, dismissed.

David E. Devoe, 26, Lewiston, assault on Dec. 24, 2004, and violating a protective order on March 22, 2005, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail for each charge.

Daniel R. Drake, 23, Portland, operating after habitual offender revocation and driving to endanger on Feb. 27, found guilty on first charge, fined $1,000 and sentenced to 14 days at the county jail; second charge dismissed.

Norman C. Ducharme, 44, Waterville, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs on Jan. 22, 2004, found guilty, sentenced to four years at the state prison with all but two years suspended and four years probation.

Warren D. Elliott, 75, Livermore Falls, reckless conduct on Sept. 5, 2004, filed with no cost.

Brian D. Foster, 52, Auburn, unlawful sexual touching on Feb. 19, 2005, dismissed; also charged with violating condition of release and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Feb. 23, 2005, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to one year at the state prison with all suspended, two years probation and ordered to pay $60 restitution; also charged with violating condition of release on March 5, dismissed.

Joseph E. Freeman, 27, Durham, assault on an officer, obstructing government administration and assault on Dec. 11, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second and third charges, sentenced to 15 days at the county jail for each charge.

David L. Goyette, 19, Auburn, terrorizing on March 17, 2005, filed with no cost.

Ryan S. Gunzinger, 21, Turner, passing a roadblock, eluding an officer, operating under the influence and obstructing government administration on March 6, 2005, found guilty on first, second and third charges, sentenced to 17 months at the state prison with all but five months suspended, two years probation and ordered to pay $59.76 for each on first and second charges; fined $500, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail and license suspended 90 days on third charge; fourth charge dismissed; also charged with violating condition of release and failing to stop for an officer on March 12, 2005, both charges dismissed; also charged with violating condition of release on April 2, found guilty, sentenced to 17 months at the state prison with all but five months suspended, two years probation and ordered to pay $59.76.

Jeffrey Hardy, 43, Worcester, Mass., aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, disorderly conduct and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Aug. 20, all charges dismissed; also charged with unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and illegal importation of scheduled drugs on Aug. 20, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 18 months at the county jail with all but nine months suspended and two years probation for each charge.

Brian W. Hatch, 30, Livermore Falls, burglary, criminal threatening, and two counts of assault on Feb. 18, 2005, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second and third charges, sentenced to six months at the county jail for each charge; fourth charge dismissed.

Michael A. Hatch, 35, Bethel, Vt., aggravated forgery and forgery on Aug. 11, 2004, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $500 and ordered to pay $388 restitution.

Nicole Hernandez, 20, Lewiston, burglary, assault and terrorizing on Feb. 19, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second and third charges, fined $200 for each charge.

Rian S. Hinkley, 28, Turner, disorderly conduct on July 23, filed, fined $100.

Tiffany C. Hinkley, 25, Turner, disorderly conduct on July 23, filed, fined $100.

John Ray Hunt, 39, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Jan. 19, 2005, found guilty, sentenced to one year at the state prison with all suspended, one year probation and ordered to pay $1,488 restitution.

Jason N. Jennings, 27, Auburn, assault and violating condition of release on March 5, 2005, both charges dismissed.

Justin David Johnson, 21, Lewiston, habitual motor vehicle offender and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on March 9, found guilty on first charge, fined $500 and sentenced to 21 days at the county jail; second charge dismissed.

Deborah T. Leclair, 30, Lewiston, operating after habitual offender revocation on March 23, 2005, found guilty, fined $1,000.

Timothy D. Lemaire, 44, Lewiston, operating after habitual offender revocation and failing to notify of motor vehicle accident on July 4, found guilty on both charges, fined $1,000 and sentenced to 60 days at the county jail on first charge; sentenced to 60 days at the county jail on second charge; also charged with operating after habitual offender revocation and failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident on July 26, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 60 days at the county jail.

John Libby, 19, Livermore Falls, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs on Jan. 13, 2005, filed, fined $200.

Sean R. Linkel, 24, Brunswick, burglary and two counts of theft by unauthorized taking on Jan. 10, 2005, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to one year at the state prison with all but 30 days suspended, one year probation and $1,037 restitution; second charge dismissed; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to one year at the state prison with all but 30 days suspended and ordered to pay $1,037 restitution.

Bonnie Locke, 44, Lewiston, aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs on Jan. 21, 2005, found guilty, sentenced to 90 days at the county jail.

Linda L. Lowe, 49, Lewiston, probation violation on a Jan. 22, 2001, negotiating a worthless instrument charge, probation continued.

Todd D. Lyons, 22, Augusta, two counts of assault on Oct. 8, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 58 days at the county jail.
