RUMFORD – The following cases were closed recently in 11th District Court.

Richard R. Bibeau, 46, Rumford, sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana on May 28, both charges dismissed.

Thomas G. Clark, 45, Kennebunk, rule violation and failure to timely register bear, deer, moose or turkey on Nov. 26, both charges waived, fined $100 on first charge; fined $300 on second charge.

Thomas G. Clark Jr., 18, Kennebunk, possession of anterless deer on Nov. 26, waived, fined $200.

Tyler R. Cote, 23, Auburn, ice fishing in closed waters on Jan. 7, waived, fined $100.

Joseph J. Curtis, 21, Livermore Falls, operating an unregistered ATV on Jan. 6, waived, fined $100.

Shannon Duguay, 36, Rumford, allowing a dog to be at large on Dec. 24, waived, fined $50.

Peter Y. Goulet, 47, Meredith, N.H., operating an unregistered snowmobile on Dec. 30, waived, fined $100.

Thomas Hallisey, 32, Rockland, operating a vehicle without a license on Aug. 27, found guilty, fined $100; also charged with theft of services and violating condition of release on Aug. 28, found guilty on first charge, fined $200; second charge dismissed.

David S. Moore, 28, Rumford, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Oct. 31, sent to jury trial.

Leonard J. Thomas, 45, Methuen, Mass., operating an unregistered snowmobile on Dec. 29, waived, fined $100.
