LEWISTON – The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court.

Steven Fournier, 31, Auburn, charged with two counts of unlawful sexual touching, sexual abuse of a minor, furnishing liquor to a minor on Oct. 8, sent to jury trial.

David Frederick, 28, Mechanic Falls, charged with operating under the influence and displaying fictitious vehicle certificate on Aug. 26, found guilty on first charge, fined $500, license suspended 90 days, found guilty on second charge, fined $50.

Maranda Freeman, 21, Oxford, charged with operating under the influence on Sept. 7, found guilty, fined $500, license suspended 90 days.

Christopher Fuller, 18, Lewiston, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 31, found guilty, fined $100.

Michael Gagne, 29, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence, no test, one prior on Sept 25, both charges sent to jury trial.

George Gallant Jr., 34, Dixfield, charged with unlawful use of migratory game birds, possess, Oct. 8, found guilty, fined $100.

Joshua Gallant, 30, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked, prior on Aug. 7, found guilty, fined $500.

Jessica Gammon, 26, Lewiston, charged with violating condition of release on Dec. 12, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Craig Gardner, 21, Greene, charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Sept. 22, offense committed, fined $300.

Benjamin Gatcomb, 19, Lewiston, charged with violating condition of release on Nov. 6, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Nicholas Giberti, 26, Auburn, charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana on Oct. 20, by default fined $300 on first charge, by default fined $350 on second charge.

Joshua Gilks, 23, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence and operating after registration suspended on Oct. 30, found guilty on first charge, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours, stayed, license suspended 90 days, found guilty on second charge.

Glen Dube Excavation, Sabattus, charged with rule violation defective steering control component on Sept. 30, found guilty, fined $100.

Donald Gora, 34, Minot, charged with criminal trespass and violating condition of release on Oct. 30, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to seven days, stayed, second charge dismissed.

Renee Goyette, 34, East Livermore, charged with failure to register vehicle on Nov. 6, dismissed.

Robert Goyette Jr., 46, New Gloucester, charged with violating condition of release, assault and criminal trespass on Oct. 19, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 44 days, suspended, probation one year, found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 44 days, suspended, probation one year, third charge dismissed.

Robert Goyette Jr., 46, New Gloucester, charged with criminal trespass on Oct. 18, dismissed.

Sherrill Grant, 43, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Oct. 12, found guilty, fined $250.

Justin Graves, 21, Lewiston, charged with allowing minor to possess or consume liquor on Sept. 3, sent to jury trial.

Jesse Gray, 30, Livermore Falls, charged with operating vehicle without license on July 19, found guilty, fined $500.

Larry Greene, 50, Lewiston, charged with criminal threatening on Sept. 5, 2004, sentenced to four months, probation partially revoked.

Joshua Guimond, 21, Sabattus, charged with unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Sept. 21, found guilty, fined $400.

Connie Jo Guntrum, 38, Wilton, charged with operating under the influence on Sept. 30, found guilty, fined $500, license suspended 90 days.

Joshua Haefele, 28, Raymond, charged with failure to register vehicle, found guilty, fined $75.

Christopher Hafford, 23, Lewiston, charged with operating vehicle without license on Aug. 2, found guilty, fined $100.

Jeffrey Hall, 33, Lewiston, charged with fishing without a valid license on Sept. 1, found guilty, fined $100.

Randy Hall, 40, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on Aug. 9, found guilty, fined $75.

Rashaun Hampton, 30, Auburn, charged with terrorizing on Jan. 5, sentenced to 250 days, probation partially revoked.

Rashaun Hampton, 30, Auburn, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Dec. 20, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Mark Hanington, 20, Greene, charged with two counts of allowing minor to possess or consume liquor on Oct. 27, found guilty on first charge, fined $300, second charge dismissed.

Christopher Hanson, 34, Leeds, charged with burglary on Sept. 28, transferred to Superior Court.

Kenneth Hardy, 25, Bangor, charged with assault and disorderly conduct on Dec. 12, 2004, first charge dismissed, found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 24 hours.
