Joshua S. Harmon, 20, Auburn, terrorizing on April 18, found guilty, fined $75.

Kevin Harmon, 44, Auburn, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Oct. 11, found guilty, fined $400.

Paul Harnden, 23, Greene, possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Sept. 17, offense committed on both charges, fined $350 on first charge; fined $300 on second charge.

Robert Hart, 22, Auburn, assault on Sept. 11 and violating condition of release on Sept. 29 and Nov. 14, all charges transferred to Superior Court.

Matthew D. Harvey, 29, Litchfield, probation violation on a July 3, 2004, assault charge, sentenced to 364 days with all but 48 hours suspended and two years probation.

Keith L. Hayes Jr., 23, Lewiston, attaching false plates on Oct. 13, found guilty, fined $75.

David Hazelton, 29, Litchfield, operating under the influence with one prior on Aug. 12, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to seven days, license suspended 18 months and registration suspended.

Aaron D. Heath, 23, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 21, found guilty, fined $100.

Mohamed Heban, 34, Lewiston, two counts of terrorizing on Aug. 27, both charges sent to jury trial.

Cindy S. Hemingway, 36, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked and failure to register a vehicle on Oct. 26, found guilty on both charges, fined $250 on first charge; fined $75 on second charge.

David Henry, 47, Lewiston, terrorizing on Sept. 6, dismissed.

David William Hersom, 20, Freeport, operating while license suspended or revoked on May 6, found guilty, fined $250.

James H. Hewison, 52, Hebron, operating under the influence with one prior on Sept. 17, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to 90 days with all but seven days suspended, one year probation, license suspended 18 months and registration suspended.

Gordon E. Higgins, 37, Sabattus, possession of marijuana on Oct. 24, fined $250 by default.

Susan R. Hilb, 48, Sabattus, negotiating a worthless instrument on May 30, found guilty, fined $75.

Amy J. Hill, 26, Norway, disorderly conduct on Oct. 15, found guilty, fined $75.

Jeremy Isaac Hiltz, 27, Auburn, possession of hypodermic apparatuses on March 25, 2005, transferred to Superior Court.

Corey A. Hinkley, 18, Auburn, sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana on Nov. 1, both charges dismissed.

Danielle M. Hirsh, 20, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on Aug. 11, sent to jury trial.

Denis J. Hogan, 19, Franklin, Mass., possession of liquor by a minor on Oct. 13, offense committed, fined $200.

Nicholas Hoyt, 21, Lewiston, operating after habitual-offender revocation on Sept. 2, transferred to Superior Court.

Tina L. Irish, 34, violating condition of release on Sept. 21, found guilty, sentenced to five days.
