Melissa C. Adams, 47, Auburn, operating under the influence, driving to endanger and operating a vehicle without a license on March 26, all charges sent to jury trial.

Marie D. Anderson, 48, Gilead, disorderly conduct on Dec. 31, found guilty, fined $75.

Katie A. Chambers, 22, Roxbury, driving to endanger on Oct. 16, found guilty, fined $575.

David K. Croteau, 25, Farmington, operating after registration suspended on Nov. 27, found guilty, fined $150.

Catherine M. Daniels, 47, Greenwood, operating under the influence and driving to endanger on Oct. 23, found guilty on first charge, fined $600, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended 90 days; second charge dismissed.

Christy L. Defiore, 27, Mexico, acquiring drugs by deception on Dec. 17, found guilty, fined $250.

Ryan J. Deraspe, 28, Rumford, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Dec. 11, found guilty, fined $100.

Corey J. Finnan, 29, Rumford, operating while license suspended or revoked on Nov. 21, found guilty, fined $250.

Rick H. Gabert, 37, Cambridge, possession of marijuana on Dec. 17, offense committed, fined $350.

Patrick Gallagher, 45, Rumford, sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana on Dec. 6, offense committed on both charges, fined $300 on first charge; fined $350 on second charge.

James W. Gibbons, 48, Rumford, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Dec. 18, found guilty, fined $100.

Katie M. Gurney, 21, Mexico, operating an ATV on a public way on Dec. 26, offense committed, fined $100.

Crystal R. Hall, 24, Dixfield, possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Dec. 2, offense committed on both charges, fined $350 on first charge; fined $300 on second charge.

Stuart L. Hall, 55, East Calais, Vt., operating under the influence on Oct. 30, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Richard Riki Hanks, 45, Bethel, criminal trespass and violating condition of release on Feb. 2, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 48 hours for each charge.

Jody L. Harnden, 26, Rumford, operating while license suspended or revoked on Dec. 20, found guilty, fined $600.

Nicholas D. Haskell, 19, Rumford, failing to stop an all-terrain vehicle on Dec. 26, found guilty, fined $150.

Lucia A. Hastings, 41, Rumford, disorderly conduct on Dec. 27, found guilty, fined $75.

Bert T. Holmquist, 23, Peru, operating under the influence on Sept. 24, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Martin A. Holmquist, 27, Peru, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Dec. 30, adjudicated, fined $300.

Heather M. Jackson, 30, Rumford, trafficking or furnishing imitation scheduled drugs on Feb. 7, transferred to Superior Court.

Samantha L. Mayberry, 25, Mexico, operating after registration suspended on Nov. 29, found guilty, fined $150.

Francis D. McDonald, 61, Mexico, operating under the influence on Dec. 19, sent to jury trial.

Neil J. McKenna, 25, Milton Township, criminal mischief on Sept. 10, found guilty, fined $200 and ordered to pay $665.80 restitution.

Karen M. Merrill, 38, Mexico, attaching false plates on Dec. 15, found guilty, fined $150.

Michael L. Merrill, 40, Rumford, disorderly conduct, refusing to submit to arrest or detention and criminal mischief on Dec. 1, sent to jury trial.

Raymond M. Monte, 55, Rumford, two counts of assault on Aug. 5, sent to jury trial.

Sharon Morneault, 37, Livermore Falls, operating under the influence on Dec. 31, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Michael J. Mosca, 36, Dedham, Mass., operating a vehicle without a license on Dec. 4, found guilty, fined $50.

Timothy Phair, 23, Portland, obstructing government administration and failure to disperse on Dec. 1, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $200.

Daniel J. Richards, 23, Rumford, operating under the influence on Dec. 24, sent to jury trial.

Alvin H. Seng, 62, Rumford, assault on Dec. 13, sent to jury trial.

John R. Short, 37, Mechanic Falls, possession of marijuana on Dec. 31, offense committed, fined $350.

Carroll Smith, 48, Berwick, operating a snowmobile on a plowed road on Nov. 27, offense committed, fined $200.

Harry M. Snow IV, 24, New London, N.H., operating an unregistered snowmobile on Dec. 29, fined $125 by default.

Ed Valley, 45, Botton, Vt., night hunting on Nov. 9, found guilty, fined $1,000 and sentenced to three days.

Stephanie M. Vicars, 20, Rumford, allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor, littering and possession of liquor by a minor on Dec. 29, found guilty on first charge, fined $250; second and third charges dismissed; also charged with possession of liquor by a minor and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Dec. 30, both charges dismissed.

Ronald L. White, 45, Rumford, violating condition of release on Jan. 26, sent to jury trial.

Russell T. White, 34, Mexico, operating after license suspended or revoked and operating after registration suspended on Nov. 11, found guilty on both charges, fined $250 on first charge; fined $150 on second charge.

John A. Wilroy, 44, Westbrook, operating a vehicle without a license on Dec. 24, waived, fined $150.
