Brian Mahoney, 21, Sudbury, Mass., possession of liquor by a minor on Oct. 1, offense committed, fined $200.

Patrick D. Mallory, 22, Lewiston, operating after suspension on March 10, 2004, found guilty, fined $200 with $100 suspended.

Ricky A. Mansir, 46, Randolph, operating after habitual offender revocation on Aug. 12, transferred to Superior Court.

Thomas Paul Marino, 46, duty status not current rule violation on Sept. 7, found guilty, fined $250.

Jared H. Marston, 24, Leeds, operating under the influence on Oct. 28, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to two days and license suspended 90 days.

Christopher Nicholas Martin, 39, Auburn, assault, reckless violation of a protective order and terrorizing on Nov. 14, all charges transferred to Superior Court.

Jason L. Martin, 25, Mechanic Falls, assault on Nov. 13, transferred to Superior Court.

Miguel A. Martinez, 23, Lewiston, disorderly conduct, driving to endanger and operating under the influence on Oct. 10, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $100 on first charge; fined $300 with $100 suspended and license suspended 30 days on second charge; third charge dismissed.

Karen J. Matero, 36, Litchfield, operating under the influence on Sept. 29, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Edgar Matos, 37, Lewiston, operating a vehicle without a license on Oct. 6, waived, fined $150.

Seth E. Mattson, 18, Lewiston, possession of liquor by a minor on Oct. 22, offense committed, fined $200.

Adrian N. Maurais, 20, Lewiston, criminal trespass and criminal mischief on Oct. 18, found guilty on both charges, fined $75 on first charge; fined $75 and ordered to pay $160.57 restitution on second charge.

Daniel A. Maxfield, 25, Harrison, operating while license suspended or revoked on Oct. 21, 2004, and Oct. 17, 2005, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $800.

Alice G. May, 21, Lewiston, accompanying a motor vehicle permittee while impaired on Sept. 18, found guilty, fined $100.

Henry E. Mayer, 27, Lewiston, assault on Aug. 30, sent to jury trial.

Brandon F. Mayo, 18, Turner, two counts of furnishing liquor to a minor on Nov. 1, found guilty on both charges, fined $250 on each charge; also charged with possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Nov. 20, offense committed on both charges, fined $350 on first charge; fined $300 on second charge.
