Teala J. Rose, 18, Leeds, possession of liquor by a minor on Nov. 12, offense committed, fined $200.

William T. Ross, 49, Oakland, operating under the influence on Oct. 29, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Raymond Rourke III, 29, Topsham, operating while license suspended or revoked, violating condition of release and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Aug. 27, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $500 on first charge; sentenced to two days on second charge; third charge dismissed.

Kristopher Rowe, 18, Lewiston, possession of marijuana on Oct. 8, offense committed, fined $350.

Alan James Roy, 25, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on July 30, found guilty, fined $100.

Andrew R. Roy, 30, Lewiston, criminal threatening on Sept. 27, found guilty, sentenced to 120 days with all but five days suspended and one year probation.

Donna L. Ryder, 44, Livermore Falls, operating under the influence on Sept. 4, sent to jury trial.

S. & S. Pallet Co., Scarborough, no/inadequate markings on a commercial vehicle on Sept. 26, found guilty, fined $100.

Joseph M. Salatino, 53, Rumford, unlawful use of migratory game birds on Oct. 8, found guilty, fined $100.

Karen A. Sawyer, 28, Buckfield, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and violating condition of release on Oct. 12, both charges dismissed.

Delane R. Schrader, 33, Lisbon, allowing a dog to be at large, violation of a dangerous dog complaint and keeping an unlicensed dog on Sept. 20, fined $100 for each charge, by default.

Dianna L. Scott, 52, Auburn, operating after registration suspended on July 1, found guilty, fined $100.

Francisco M. Silva, 45, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on Dec. 25, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Shayle M. Silva, 34, Lewiston, attaching false plates on Oct. 3, found guilty, fined $75.

Jose Leonardo Simental, 22, Lewiston, assault on Nov. 20, found guilty, fined $300, sentenced to 120 days with all suspended and one year probation.

Kenneth C. Simpson, 18, Lewiston, burglary and violating condition of release on Nov. 11, both charges transferred to Superior Court; also charged with violating condition of release on Dec. 20, found guilty, sentenced to four days.

Lee Simpson, 44, Lewiston, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Sept. 21, sent to jury trial.

Amiee L. Sloan, 32, Lewiston, operating under the influence on Sept. 22, sent to jury trial.

Bradley Smith, 35, Lisbon, operating under the influence and operating while license suspended or revoked on July 24, found guilty on both charges, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended 90 days on first charge; fined $250 on second charge.

Craig A. Smith, 19, Carrabassett, refusing to submit to arrest or detention and possession of liquor by a minor on Sept. 3, first charge dismissed; second charge adjudicated, fined $200.

David Louis Smith, 41, Lewiston, possession of marijuana on July 19, offense committed, fined $350.

Jason Smith, 25, Lewiston, aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs on Sept. 30, transferred to Superior Court.

Kevin M. Smith, 29, Greene, assault on Nov. 26, 2003, found guilty, sentenced to 21 days.

Michael B. Smith, 23, Turner, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Aug. 7, transferred to Superior Court.

Stacy L. Smith, 25, Lewiston, criminal mischief on Nov. 13, found guilty, fined $75.

Timothy J. Smith, 22, Lewiston, criminal trespass and criminal mischief on Oct. 18, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to two days on first charge; ordered to pay $160.57 restitution on second charge.

Richard W. Snyder, 46, Hallstead, Pa., duty status not current rule violation on Aug. 30, found guilty, fined $250.

Dwayne R. Sohns, 38, Kents Hill, operating a vehicle without a license on Oct. 15, found guilty, fined $100.

Javier Soto, 22, Lewiston, assault and obstructing the report of a crime on Nov. 16, found guilty on both charges, fined $300, sentenced to 180 days with all but four days suspended and two years probation on first charge; sentenced to four days on second charge.

Carla St. Amant, 42, Auburn, violating a protective order on Jan. 3, 2003, dismissed.

Florence St. Hilaire, 78, Auburn, failure to register a vehicle on Nov. 20, found guilty, fined $100.

Andrew St. James, 19, Mansfield, Mass., possession of liquor by a minor on Oct. 1, offense committed, fined $200.

Gregory St. Pierre, 26, Lewiston, criminal mischief on Nov. 6 and violating condition of release on Nov. 7, found guilty on first charge, fined $200 and ordered to pay $180 restitution; second charge dismissed.

Casey Jones Stanley, 24, Lewiston, criminal mischief on Aug. 5, found guilty, fined $100 and ordered to pay $249 restitution.

Russell L. Staples, 42, Turner, operating under the influence on Nov. 1, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Charles D. Stilkey, 41, Lewiston, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and refusing to sign a criminal summons on Aug. 3, both charges dismissed; also charged with violating a protective order on Oct. 28, found guilty, sentenced to 30 days.

Joseph Strout, 22, Lewiston, furnishing liquor to a minor on Aug. 23 and possession of marijuana on Oct. 20, found guilty on first charge, fined $200; offense committed on second charge, fined $350.

Greg D. Swearingen, 25, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on Oct. 13, found guilty, fined $500.

Ryan J. Tardif, 20, Auburn, operating a vehicle without a license on Oct. 28, dismissed.

Norman J. Tessier, 44, Lewiston, assault, obstructing the report of a crime and violating condition of release on Oct. 17, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 364 days with all but 51 days suspended and two years probation; second and third charges dismissed.

Normand J. Tessier, 44, Lewiston, assault and criminal mischief on Oct. 7, both charges dismissed.

Amanda Hope Tetterton, 21, Lisbon, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 26, found guilty, fined $100.

David J. Teves, 38, Auburn, unlawful use of migratory birds on Oct. 28, found guilty, fined $100.

Joseph R. Theriault, 18, Auburn, possession of marijuana on Oct. 28, offense committed, fined $350.

Thomas A. Theriault, 28, Lewiston, possession of marijuana on Jan. 27, dismissed.

Jerry S. Thibodeau, 53, Livermore Falls, theft by unauthorized use of property on Aug. 24, 2004, found guilty, fined $100 and ordered to pay $475 restitution.

William P. Thiboutot, 37, Farmingdale, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Sept. 30, offense committed, fined $300.

Lee Stanley Thomas Lopez, 39, Lewiston, criminal trespass and criminal mischief on Oct. 31, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 75 days for each charge.

Tony L. Thomas, 36, Wilton, operating while license suspended or revoked and operating under the influence with one prior on July 7, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $700, sentenced to seven days, license suspended 18 months and registration suspended.

Marcus Allen Thompson, 20, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on July 30, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Marcus Allen Thompson, 20, New Gloucester, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Dec. 20, found guilty, sentenced to two days.

Lisa L. Thurlow, 39, Poland, operating after registration suspended on Nov. 1, found guilty, fined $100.

Kricket Lynn Tompkins, 41, Dixfield, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 21, found guilty, fined $250.

David A. Trask Jr., 23, Oxford, operating while license suspended or revoked on Nov. 8, found guilty, fined $250.

Annie Travers, 28, Monmouth, violation of a protective order from harassment on Nov. 15, found guilty, fined $100.

Michael R. Trudeau, 39, Livermore Falls, operating after habitual offender revocation on Aug. 22, transferred to Superior Court.

James J. Trundy, 22, Hebron, sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana on Oct. 11, fined $300 on first charge by default; fined $350 on second charge by default.

Jose G. Tungol, 21, Presque Isle, minor having false identification on Sept. 30, offense committed, fined $200.
