LEWISTON – Maine Centers for Women, Work and Community is offering a free five-session “Financing Your Future” training from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesdays at Lewiston Adult Education. Dates are March 1, 15, 29, April 12 and 26.
Participants will explore their attitudes and beliefs about money, look at the current financial situation, create a savings plan and discuss use of credit. They will learn money management tools and budgeting ideas to help meet personal financial goals.

The center will also offer a free five-session “Self-Esteem” training from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Fridays at Lewiston/Auburn College. The dates are March 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31.
Participants will learn the causes of low self-esteem and ways to raise self-esteem and start feeling better. To register, call Women, Work and Community at 753-6622.
