AUBURN – The following cases were closed recently in the Androscoggin County Superior Court.

Antonio Abreu, 35, Lewiston, murder, elevated aggravated assault and aggravated assault on Sept. 12, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to seven years in the state prison with all but two years suspended and three years probation.

Wednesday M. Bradbury, 29, Pittsfield, forgery on Aug. 30, 2004, filed with no cost.

Augustus O. Buck, 33, Turner, assault on Feb. 20, filed with no cost.

Justin J. Camire, 19, Sabattus, eluding an officer, operating while license suspended or revoked, driving to endanger, unlawful use of a license and failing to stop for an officer on Jan. 25, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second, third, fourth and fifth charges, sentenced to 30 days for each charge.

Sean Edward Chartier, 32, Lisbon, operating after habitual offender revocation, attaching false plates and failure to give a correct name, address or date of birth on Oct. 10, all charges dismissed; also charged with operating after habitual offender revocation on Jan. 21, fined $1,000 and sentenced to 30 days in the county jail.

James A. Christie, 37, Lewiston, violating condition of release and assault on Nov. 20, both charges dismissed.

Michael Keith Cloutier, 44, Lewiston, probation violation on Nov. 17, operating under the influence with two prior charges, sentenced to nine days in the county jail; probation partially revoked and continued.

Daniel R. Cook, 39, Sabattus, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and home repair fraud on July 13, 2004, both charges filed with no cost.

James Tristrom Davis, 31, Lisbon, burglary, aggravated criminal trespass, unlawful sexual contact and assault on Nov. 1, 2004, all charges dismissed; also charged with unlawful sexual contact and unlawful sexual touching on Nov. 1, 2004, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 364 days in the county jail with all but four months suspended and one year probation on first charge, sentenced to 364 days in the county jail with all suspended and one year probation on second charge.

James B. Desrosiers, 41, Bowdoin, burglary and theft by unauthorized taking on Jan. 6, 2005, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 16 days in the county jail and ordered to pay $250 restitution.

William L. Duprey, 36, Mexico, gross sexual assault on Jan. 1, 1994, dismissed.

John Alec Esty Jr., 24, Lewiston, violating condition of release on Dec. 31, dismissed.

Ashley K. Finley, 24, Lewiston, operating after habitual offender revocation on Jan. 4, 2005, found guilty, sentenced to one year in the county jail with all but seven days suspended and one year probation.

Steven P. Fournier, 31, Lewiston, probation violation on a Sept. 25, 2002, aggravated assault charge, sentenced to 40 days in the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued; also charged with unlawful sexual abuse of a minor, furnishing liquor to a minor and two counts of unlawful sexual touching on Oct. 8, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, unconditional discharge; third charge dismissed; found guilty on fourth charge, sentenced to six months in the county jail with all suspended and one year probation.

Ralph K. Gaston, 43, Lisbon, theft by deception on Feb. 24, 2005, dismissed; also charged with aggravated forgery on Jan. 25, 2005, Feb. 22, 2005, and Feb. 24, 2005, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to 15 months in the state prison for each charge.

Robert Hart, 22, Westbrook, assault on Sept. 11 and violating condition of release on Sept. 29 and Nov. 13, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to 15 months in the county jail with all but 90 days suspended and two years probation.

David Henry, 47, Lewiston, violating condition of release on Oct. 13, found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in the county jail.

Solomon Maynard Hills, 22, Lewiston, unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug and cultivating marijuana on Jan. 26, 2005, found guilty on both charges, fined $500 for each charge.

William D. Jefferson, 31, Auburn, assault on Nov. 19, 2004, dismissed.

Ryan Mitchell Jurczak, 24, Auburn, three counts of arson on July 19, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to 16 months in the state prison for each charge and ordered to pay $1,050 for each charge.

Khiron Kenney, 23, Lewiston, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal trespass on Dec. 29, 2004, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $300.

Brian R. Lemay, 31, Sabattus, disorderly conduct on Feb. 26, found guilty, fined $150.

Christopher Nicholas Martin, 39, Lewiston, sexual abuse of a minor on Oct. 31, found guilty, sentenced to two years in the state prison; also charged with assault, reckless violation of a protective order and terrorizing on Nov. 14, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to two years in the state prison; second and third charges dismissed.

Jason L. Martin, 25, Lewiston, assault on Sept. 26 and Nov. 13, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 45 days in the county jail; second charge dismissed.

Erwin L. May, 31, Lewiston, theft by deception on June 14, 2003, found guilty, sentenced to 18 months in the county jail with all but 18 months and seven days suspended, one year and six months probation and ordered to pay $2,830 restitution.

Joshua J. Norton, 26, Chesterville, probation violation on a March 31, 2002, stalking charge, sentenced to 364 days in the state prison and probation revoked.

Romeo Maurice Parent Jr., 39, Lewiston, assault on Sept. 1, dismissed.

Darnell Robinson, 19, Brooklyn, N.Y., unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and two counts of aggravated trafficking of a Schedule W drug, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to six months in the county jail; second and third charges dismissed.

Douglas L. Rollins, 59, East Livermore, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, aggravated assault, obstructing the report of a crime and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on March 19, 2005, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 364 days in the county jail with all suspended and one year probation; second, third and fourth charges dismissed.

Brandon Wine Sanford, 23, Auburn, eluding an officer, operating while license suspended or revoked, theft by receiving stolen property and attaching false plates on Aug. 13, found guilty on first and second charges, sentenced to one year in the state prison on first charge; sentenced to 90 days in the county jail on second charge; third and fourth charges dismissed.

Jason Allen Sargent, 31, Lewiston, burglary on Jan. 16, dismissed.

Andrew M. Silva, 22, Lewiston, elevated aggravated assault and aggravated assault on July 2, 2004, and tampering with a witness, informant, juror or victim on July 6, 2004, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to two years in the state prison with all but 120 days suspended, two years probation and ordered to pay $400 restitution; third charge dismissed.

Jason W. Tatu, 23, Lewiston, assault on Feb. 2, 2005, and Feb. 20, 2005, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 60 days in the county jail with all suspended and one year probation.

Anthony Teabout, 36, East Orange, N.J., failure to appear after bailed on July 21, found guilty, sentenced to five months in the county jail.

Andrew Williams, 37, Lisbon, violating condition of release, criminal mischief, assault and criminal threatening on Sept. 30, found guilty on first and second charges, sentenced to 60 days in the county jail for each charge; third and fourth charges dismissed.

Steven Laforest Witham III, 20, Lewiston, aggravated criminal trespass, aggravated assault and terrorizing on May 26, all charges dismissed.
