AUBURN – The Corporate and Community Services Department of Central Maine Community College announces “Coaching Others for Top Performance,” a new program from AchieveGlobal for managers, supervisors and team leaders. The four-session program will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Fridays, March 10 to 31. The cost of $260 includes materials.

The 16-hour program provides participants with skills that help build constructive relationships and gain a stronger commitment to improving performance and achieving results that make a difference for the organization.

The program will be taught by Debra Mattson Gouzie, MSB, MSEd. Gouzie has nearly 10 years experience working with adult learners as a coach, program designer/evaluator, workforce development trainer and higher education teacher.

She earned a master’s degree in business from Husson College in 1996 and a master’s degree from the University of Southern Maine in adult education in 2003. In addition to providing workforce development training through the Maine Community Colleges, Gouzie teaches business management and customer relationship management for York County Community College.
