LEWISTON – The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court.

Adam D. Burnham, 23, Lisbon Falls, allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor, possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Aug. 28, first charge dismissed; offense committed on second and third charges, fined $350 on second charge; fined $300 on third charge.

Joel A. Busi, 31, Gorham, operating after suspension on Nov. 29, 1999, found guilty, fined $200 with $100 suspended.

James L. Buxton, 29, Lewiston, two counts of assault on Dec. 11, both charges sent to jury trial.

Jared Kyle Buzzell, 21, Lewiston, stealing drugs and violating condition of release on Dec. 14, both charges dismissed.

Gregory J. Cabot, 51, two counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Oct. 28, both charges sent to jury trial.

Brain Paul Cabral, 27, Auburn, creating a police standoff on Sept. 30, offense committed, ordered to pay $500 restitution.

Jacqueline P. Calhoun, 37, Lewiston, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Oct. 28, sent to jury trial.

Robert Allen Canney, 31, Lewiston, obstructing public ways on Oct. 2, found guilty, fined $100.

Ryan Carballo, 22, Rockland, refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Oct. 1, found guilty, sentenced to eight days.

Adam Caron, 31, Lewiston, possession of marijuana on Sept. 15, offense committed, fined $350.

Debra J. Caron, 44, Sabattus, assault on Sept. 13, found guilty, fined $300.

Jomil Antonio Carreras, 30, Murfressboro, Tenn., operation with false duty rule violation on Sept. 26, found guilty, fined $750.

Gary R. Carter, 42, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked on Oct. 31, found guilty, fined $250.

Daniel F. Cash Jr., 28, Lewiston, operating under the influence, criminal mischief and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Jan. 1, all charges sent to jury trial.

Jaime Chabot, 20, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 6, found guilty, fined $100.

Robert C. Chabot, 38, Lewiston, possession of marijuana on Nov. 2, offense committed, fined $350.

James D. Chaousis, 28, Livermore, operating while license suspended or revoked and attaching false plates on Nov. 9, found guilty on both charges, fined $600 on first charge; fined $75 on second charge.

Tyrone P. Charles, 22, Lewiston, operating a vehicle without a license on Sept. 23, found guilty, fined $100.

Sean Edward Chartier, 32, Lisbon, operating after habitual offender revocation on Oct. 10, transferred to Superior Court.

Matthew B. Chateauvert, 22, Lewiston, disorderly conduct and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Nov. 23, found guilty on first charge, fined $200; second charge dismissed.

Douglas Chenard, 50, Lewiston, operating under the influence and operating while license suspended or revoked on Nov. 3, found guilty on both charges, fined $500, sentenced to two days and license suspended 90 days on first charge; fined $250 on second charge.

Bridget N. Chick, 40, Turner, operating while license suspended or revoked and operating after registration suspended on Sept. 10, both charges filed with no cost.

Amanda E. Chittenden, 20, Lewiston, theft of lost, mislaid or misdelivered property on May 17, found guilty, sentenced to two days and ordered to pay $916.22 restitution.

Deven R. Christian, 21, New Gloucester, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 29, found guilty, fined $100.

Brian L. Churchill, 27, Livermore Falls, operating while license suspended or revoked and operating after registration suspended on Sept. 21, found guilty on first charge, fined $500; second charge dismissed.

Wahaby Idd Chussu, 37, Lewiston, operating a vehicle without a license on Sept. 24, found guilty, fined $100.

Kris R. Chute, 26, Auburn, criminal mischief on July 16, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Anthony Ciriello, 22, Lewiston, operating under the influence on Sept. 24, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to four days and license suspended 90 days.

Johnathan E. Clark, 20, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on April 17 and trafficking in dangerous knives on Aug. 1, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 48 hours for each charge.

Corrine N. Clavet, 33, Livermore Falls, operating while license suspended or revoked on Oct. 22, found guilty, fined $250.

Jesse J. Clement, 21, Lewiston, operating a vehicle without a license on Nov. 23, found guilty, fined $100.

Deanna B. Clifford, 27, Lewiston, disorderly conduct and failing to provide a correct name, address or date of birth on Nov. 22, found guilty on both charges, fined $75 for each charge.

Matthew J. Clukey, 21, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked, operating under the influence and failure to register a vehicle on Dec. 13, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second and third charges, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days on first charge; fined $75 on second charge.

Brandon L. Colon, 20, Lewiston, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief on Nov. 18, both charges sent to jury trial.

Gretchen P. Conn, 21, Turner, unlawful use of a license on Sept. 11, filed, fined $100.

Robert T. Conner, 37, Winthrop, hunting with firearms without hunter orange on Oct. 29, offense committed, fined $100.

Darnell J. Coolidge, 41, Bath, operating after registration suspended on Sept. 16, found guilty, fined $100.
