LEWISTON – The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court.

Brian J. Quimby, 20, Greene, operating a vehicle without a license and attaching false plates on Oct. 31, found guilty on both charges, fined $200 on first charge; fined $75 on second charge.

Eric M. Rand, 22, Poland, operating a vehicle without a license on May 3, 2003, found guilty, fined $100.

Lana Raubeson, 54, Lisbon Falls, two counts of harassment on Aug. 6, found guilty on both charges, fined $75 for each charge.

Clarence B. Rawding, 47, Lewiston, disorderly conduct and violating condition of release on Dec. 5, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to seven days for each charge.

Joseph A. Rawding, 25, Lyndon, Vt., operating under the influence on Nov. 19, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

William D. Ready, 51, Livermore, operating under the influence and two counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Nov. 26, all charges sent to jury trial.

Casaundra B. Redleuske, 23, Wilton, operating while license suspended or revoked on Aug. 6, found guilty, fined $250.

Karna Yvonne Reed, 38, Lewiston, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Nov. 22, found guilty, fined $400.

Michael F. Reed, 19, Lewiston, possession of liquor by a minor on Nov. 4, found guilty, fined $200.

Antonio L. Rembert, 29, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on Nov. 12, found guilty, fined $75.

Thomas Reynolds, 28, Lewiston, assault and terrorizing on Sept. 26, both charges dismissed.

Michael J. Richardson, 43, Lewiston, assault on Nov. 25, found guilty, fined $300.

Timmy Lee Richardson Jr., 25, Wiscasset, operating under the influence on Nov. 23, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Joshua H. Rinaldi, 25, Livermore Falls, violating condition of release on Jan. 25, found guilty, sentenced to five days.

Kathleen A. Ringuette, 51, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 21, found guilty, fined $50.

Lisa A. Ritchie, 43, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 28, transferred to Superior Court.

RJW Transport, Inc., Bloomingdale, Ill., failing to obtain an operating authority license on Oct. 17, found guilty, fined $200.

Brent Ivan Roaix, 22, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on Jan. 14, found guilty, fined $250.

Jamie Robbins, 22, Durham, violating condition of release, attaching false plates and three counts of terrorizing on Oct. 31, first, second and third charges dismissed; found guilty on fourth and fifth charges, sentenced to 48 hours on fourth charge; fined $150 on fifth charge.

Thomas E. Robinson, 22, Jay, violating condition of release on Jan. 29, found guilty, sentenced to two days.

James A. Robison, 26, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 19, found guilty, fined $100.

Ronald Rodrigue, 48, Greene, assault on Oct. 19, sent to jury trial.

Alberto Rosado II, 34, Lewiston, assault and obstructing the report of an injury on Jan. 29, found guilty on first charge, fined $300, sentenced to 120 days with all but 48 hours suspended and two years probation; second charge dismissed.

Christopher P. Rose, 24, Bowdoin, driving to endanger on Oct. 23, sent to jury trial.

Derek J. Roy, 20, Lisbon Falls, assault and criminal mischief on Sept. 24, both charges filed with no cost.

Joseph M. Roy, 32, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 5, filed, fined $50.

Jessie A. Rudhe, 33, Lewiston, violating condition of release, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and operating a vehicle without a license on Jan. 14, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to two days for each on first and second charges; fined $100 on third charge.

Robert L. Sanborn Jr., 26, South Paris, operating after registration suspended on Aug. 26, dismissed.

Larry Norman Sanipas, 47, Buckfield, assault on Sept. 3, found guilty, fined $300.

Jarrod J. Saunders, 27, Lewiston, disorderly conduct and violating condition of release on Dec. 9, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to two days.

Norman M. Savard, 47, Lewiston, criminal mischief on Nov. 24, sent to jury trial.

Seth R. Sawyer, 22, Lewiston, operating under the influence on Nov. 12, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Aaron M. Schleicher, 20, Londonderry, N.H., possession of liquor by a minor on Nov. 4, offense committed, fined $200.

Lisa Schwenk, 35, Gray, possession of marijuana on Nov. 21, fined $350 by default.

Edmund Seeley, 43, Auburn, disorderly conduct on Aug. 2 and possession of marijuana on Oct. 2, found guilty on first charge, fined $150; offense committed on second charge, fined $350.
