Endicott College of Beverly, Mass., has announced that Jeremy Hamel of Industry has attained the dean’s list for the fall term. In order to qualify, a student must obtain a minimum grade point average of 3.5, receive no grade below a “C,” and be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credits for the semester.
Hamel is the son of Christopher and Victoria Hamel of Industry. He is a sophomore majoring in computer science.
Greene resident Jonathan Pelletier was recently named to the dean’s list at Daniel Webster College in Nashua, N.H. To earn the honor, a student must achieve a grade point average of 3.5 or better. Pelletier is a freshman majoring in aviation flight operations.
Kristin Waterman, daughter of Peter and Cathi Waterman of Sabattus, has been named to the dean’s list for the fall semester at the University of New England.
Dean’s list students have attained a grade point average of 3.30 or better out of a possible 4.0 at the end of the semester.
A 2005 graduate of Oak Hill High School in Wales, Waterman is a major in marine biology. She is involved in the Horseback Riding Club and plays piano at the student center.
Nina Deeds Sysko of Lewiston was named to Goucher College’s dean’s list for the fall semester. She is a sophomore at the Baltimore college.
Sarah C. Caron, daughter of Michael and Anne Caron of Lewiston, has been named to the dean’s list for the fall semester at the University of New England.
Dean’s list students have attained a grade point average of 3.30 or better out of a possible 4.0 at the end of the semester.
A 2004 graduate of St. Dominic Regional High School, Caron is a major in medical biology.
Boston University awarded an academic degrees to Lewiston resident Rachel Langlais, who received a DPT in physical therapy.
Jennifer Dowling of Hebron has been named to the Cedar Crest College fall dean’s list in Allentown, Pa. The academic honor is given to students who earn at least a 3.65 grade point average on a 4-point scale.
Sophomore Matthew Bennett of Auburn, son of Jeffrey and Larraine Bennett, has been named to the fall term dean’s list at Hartwick College in Oneonta, N.Y.
Inclusion on list is an indication of excellent academic work, including the completion of a full course load with at least a 3.5 grade point average based on a 4.0 scale.
Bennett is majoring in accounting and political science. He has participated in men’s varsity football and men’s varsity baseball. Bennett is a graduate of Edward Little High School.
