Seth W. Anketell, 20, Buckfield, transportation of liquor by a minor on Dec. 10, offense committed, fined $200.

Garrett M. Bailey, 26, Portsmouth, N.H., operating under the influence on Jan. 7, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 72 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Karim Theirry Baroudi, 40, Waterford, violating condition of release on Jan. 30, found guilty, sentenced to four days.

Christopher Bell, 20, Topsham, criminal trespass on Jan. 20, found guilty, fined $50.

Jordan L. Bennett, 19, Bethel, possession of liquor by a minor on Jan. 10, adjudicated, fined $250.

Robert R. Black, 37, Greenwood, violating condition of release on Feb. 25, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Matthew L. Blake, 23, West Paris, driving deer on Nov. 5, found guilty, fined $200.

Brian D. Brackett, 22, South Paris, probation violation on a June 13, 2004, assault charge, sentenced to 90 days and probation revoked.

Christine A. Brown, 19, Rumford, operating after registration suspended on Jan. 17, found guilty, fined $100.

Richard Brown, 40, Otisfield, two counts of violation of condition of release on Nov. 15, found guilty on both charges, fined $200 for each charge; also charged with violation of condition of release on Feb. 6, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Mearle H. Burnell, 57, South Paris, operating under the influence and criminal mischief on Jan. 1, both charges sent to jury trial.

David M. Bussiere, 27, South Portland, assault on June 19, filed with no cost.

Jacob W. Byrne, 29, Newry, failure to register a vehicle on Jan. 2, found guilty, fined $75.

Michael B. Murphy, 54, Norway, assault and disorderly conduct on July 13, both charges dismissed; also charged with two counts of assault on July 19, found guilty on both charges, fined $300 for each charge; also charged with violating condition of release on Sept. 22, found guilty, sentenced to 30 days with all suspended.

Michael J. Murphy, 55, Topsham, harassment by telephone on Sept. 6, dismissed.
