The top U.S. Alpine skiers will be competing in the national championships at Sugarloaf/USA March 25-29. Among the 2006 Olympians expected to compete are gold medalists Todd Ligety and Julia Mancuso, Bode Miller, Kirsten Clark, Daron Rahlves and Lindsey Kildow.
Downhill training on the Narrow Gauge trail will take place today and Thursday, beginning at 9:30 a.m.
Race schedule
Saturday, March 25 – Men’s downhill 9:30 a.m., women’s downhill 11 a.m.
Sunday, March 26 – Men’s Super-G 9:30 a.m.; women’s Super-G 11 a.m.
Monday, March 27 – Men’s slalom 9 a.m.; women’s slalom 11 a.m.
Tuesday, March 28 – Men’s giant slalom 9 a.m.
Wednesday, March 29 – Women’s giant slalom 9 a.m.
