Brett A. Archibald, 18, Mexico, criminal mischief and furnishing liquor to a minor on Jan. 28, sent to jury trial.

Craig D. Arsenault, 21, Rumford, disorderly conduct on Jan. 14, found guilty, fined $250.

Bradley J. Baril, 32, Moretown, Conn., operating an unregistered snowmobile on Feb. 2, fined $100 by default.

Benjamin S. Biller, 22, Norton, Mass., assault on Jan. 14, sent to jury trial.

Edward J. Booker, 18, Rumford, allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor on Jan. 28, found guilty, fined $250.

Diane M. Bouchard, 26, Rumford, violating condition of release and possession of marijuana on Jan. 22, found guilty on first charge, fined $100; second charge adjudicated, fined $350.

Thomas C. Brown, 51, Rumford, possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Jan. 6, fined $350 on first charge by default; fined $300 on second charge by default.

John L. Calden, 36, Peru, failing to pay tax or file a return on April 15, 2001, April 15, 2002, April 15, 2003, and April 2004, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to six months with all but four days suspended, one year probation and ordered to pay $5,686 for each on first and second charges; fined $200 for each on third and fourth charges.

Susan E. Canwell, 51, Mexico, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Dec. 22, sent to jury trial.

David Copeland, 45, Mexico, possession of marijuana on Jan. 13, fined $350 by default.

Anthony T. Davis, 34, Rumford, operating a vehicle without a license on Jan. 20, found guilty, fined $200.

Scott D. Dutcher, 36, Gilead, operating a vehicle without a license on Jan. 17, waived, fined $150.

Jessie J. Ellis, 18, Mexico, possession of fireworks on Aug. 31, found guilty, fined $200.

Anthony Grasruck, 19, Rumford, possession of fireworks on Aug. 31, found guilty, fined $200.

Scott A. Hart, 23, Rumford, operating while license suspended or revoked and violating condition of release on March 6, found guilty on both charges, fined $250 on first charge; sentenced to 24 hours on second charge.

William Hastings, 28, Rumford, operating after registration suspended on Nov. 12, found guilty, fined $100.

Kenneth A. Hill, 28, Rumford, operating after registration suspended on Dec. 18, found guilty, fined $200.

Christopher E. Hooper, 21, Albany Township, possession of marijuana on Feb. 3, offense committed, fined $350.

Rodney A. Huntoon, 33, Middlesex, N.H., operating an unregistered snowmobile on Feb. 2, fined $75 by default.

Cecil S. Ireland, 26, Bethel, possession of marijuana on Dec. 31, offense committed, fined $350.

Tyson M. Jasud, 21, Rumford, operating under the influence on Jan. 13, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Elida A. Jones, 43, Rumford, allowing a dog to be at large on Feb. 4 and March 3, offense committed on both charges, fined $75 and ordered to pay $50 restitution on first charge; fined $150 on second charge.

Raymond Dean Lane, 27, Rumford, possession of marijuana on Jan. 27, offense committed, fined $350.

Tyler D. Lunt, 26, Rumford, possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Jan. 28, offense committed on both charges, fined $350 on first charge; fined $300 on second charge; also charged with permitting unlawful use on Jan. 29, dismissed.

Patricia Mcavoy-Dillman, 49, Bryant Pond, operating under the influence on Jan. 27, found guilty, fined $500.

Dana S. McKeen, 20, Dixfield, possession of liquor by a minor on Dec. 29, found guilty, fined $200.

Karen M. Merrill, 39, Mexico, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Jan. 19, found guilty, fined $100 and ordered to pay $22.11 restitution.

Jason N. Mowery, 21, Bethel, operating after registration suspended on Jan. 28, dismissed.

Christian Mullen, 34, Portland, operating under the influence and operating while license suspended or revoked on Jan. 1, both charges sent to jury trial.
