BETHEL – Wendy Iseman, MSW, will discuss “Managing Your Asthma at Home or School” at 3 p.m. Sunday, March 26, at the West Parish Congregational Church, Church Street.

Iseman’s talk will include symptoms of asthma, asthma triggers and how to avoid them, medications used in the management of asthma and asthma pain.

Iseman’s experience with the topic includes 21 years as a health educator and social worker with the American Lung Association of Brooklyn, N.Y., where she worked with patients with chronic disease. She is working for Maine Handicapped Skiing.

The program is part of the continuing monthly To Your Health series co-sponsored by Western Mountains Senior College and SAD 44 Adult Education. The program is free to senior college members. Donations will be accepted at the door from nonmembers, unless they join the college at the event. For more information, contact Iseman at 824-8610.
