Peter F. Abfall, 57, Friendship, Wis., record of duty status, form and manner violation on July 20, found guilty, fined $100.

Jeffrey K. Adams, 32, Gardiner, Mass., failing to stop for an officer on Dec. 3, found guilty, fined $150.

Hussein Ahmed, 34, Lewiston, assault on Sept. 23, found guilty, fined $300, sentenced to 120 days with all but seven days suspended and two years probation.

Mohamed A. Ahmed, 20, Auburn, operating a vehicle without a license on Jan. 23, found guilty, fined $100.

Kevin Mark Akers, 19, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked on Dec. 16, found guilty, fined $250.

Jack Hagop Alahverdian, 52, Auburn, assault on Jan. 5, sent to jury trial.

Shawn Michael Alexander, 27, Lewiston, operating under the influence on Sept. 18, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to 12 days, license suspended 18 months and registration suspended.

John A. Allen, 36, Canton, assault on Dec. 15, sent to jury trial.

Justin Robert Allen, 22, Brunswick, criminal trespass and criminal mischief on Feb. 6, found guilty on both charges, fined $100 and sentenced to one day on first charge; sentenced to one day and ordered to pay $2,000 restitution on second charge.

Meghan L. Allen, 16, Mechanic Falls, operating a vehicle without a license on Dec. 17, found guilty, ordered to 20 hours community service.

Darcy J. Ames, 27, Auburn, operating under the influence on Nov. 20, sent to jury trial.

Steve Anctil Sr., 47, Lewiston, assault on Dec. 4, sent to jury trial.

Jacob Anderson, 26, Lewiston, operating under the influence and habitual motor vehicle offender on Nov. 27, both charges sent to jury trial.

Nicole A. Andrews, 22, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on Dec. 20, found guilty, fined $250.

Ernest Anduze, 26, Orlando, Fla., aggravated trafficking of a schedule W drug on Dec. 8, transferred to Superior Court.

Megan K. Annance, 23, Oxford, operating while license suspended or revoked and operating after registration suspended on Dec. 28, found guilty on both charges, fined $250 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Justin R. Arsenault, 30, Monmouth, assault and criminal mischief on Oct. 7, found guilty on both charges, fined $300, sentenced to 120 days with all but 48 hours suspended and one year probation on first charge; sentenced to 48 hours on second charge.

Jacob Arundel, 24, Auburn, violating condition of release on Nov. 28, found guilty, sentenced to two days.

Keith R. Aube, 40, Lewiston, two counts of terrorizing on Dec. 29, both charges sent to jury trial.

Christopher Ballou, 27, Lewiston, disorderly conduct and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Feb. 7, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 24 hours for each charge.

Thea Ann Bandy, 43, Oxford, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 25, sent to jury trial.

Ernest Barreras, 20, Machias, violating a protective order on May 22, found guilty, sentenced to five days.

Robert Beesley, 44, Monmouth, operating under the influence on Dec. 18, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to five days and license suspended 90 days.

Nathan R. Belanger, 20, Lewiston, unlawful use of a license and violating condition of release on Feb. 20, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 24 hours for each charge.

Stephanie Benedix, 47, Auburn, operating under the influence on Dec. 11, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Michael Bennett Jr., 31, Greene, violating a protective order on Sept. 4 and violation of a protective order on Sept. 9, found guilty on first charge, unconditional discharge; second charge dismissed.

Kristina Nicole Benson, 22, Mechanic Falls, possession of marijuana on Nov. 19, fined $200 by default.

Bergeron, 31, Lewiston, operating under the influence, operating while license suspended or revoked and unlawful use of a license on Nov. 30, found guilty on first charge, fined $700, sentenced to seven days, license suspended 18 months and registration suspended; found guilty on second charge, fined $600 and sentenced to seven days; third charge dismissed.

Guy Brissette, 46, Lewiston, probation violation on a May 4, 2005 assault charge, sentenced to 90 days and probation partially revoked.

Benchi Civil, 22, Auburn, aggravated trafficking of a schedule W drug on Dec. 8, transferred to Superior Court.
