Unless otherwise noted, the following are to be arraigned on May 2 in Rumford District Court:

• Derrick Gilbert, 21, Dixfield, criminal trespass, 2 a.m. March 18, on Rangeley Place. He was released on unsecured bail.

• Barbara J. Doucette, 69, Ashland, N.H., Portland District Court warrant on charge of failure to appear on charge of theft of services, 5:33 a.m. March 16, on Route 2. She was taken to Oxford County Jail in Paris.

• James Barbioni, 22, Livermore Falls, bail violation, 12:44 p.m., March 15, on Franklin Street. He was taken to Oxford County Jail.

• Nathan Arsenault, 23, Rumford, violating conditions of release, 2:38 p.m. March 12, on Kennebec Street. He was taken to Oxford County Mental Health in Rumford.

Accidents

• March 10, 1:21 p.m. – Driver Olive Umbro, 87, of Rumford lost control of a 1995 Ford Contour and struck a curb and fence at bottom of Falls Hill on Route 2. She suffered broken bones and abrasions and was taken to Rumford Hospital. Her car sustained an estimated $5,000 in damage; the state-owned fence, $50.

• March 9, 5:52 p.m. – Driver Ciara MacDonald, 18, of Dixfield lost control of a 1998 Ford Taurus and crashed head-on into a guardrail on Route 108. Neither MacDonald nor passenger Marchel Chaisson, 20, of Mexico were injured. The car sustained an estimated $5,500 in damage.
