LEWISTON – Thomas P. Caouette, 50, of Southern Terrace, Wales, died unexpectedly Saturday morning, April 1, shortly after arrival at Central Maine Medical Center.
He was born in Berlin, N.H., on March 18, 1956, the son of Henry and Doria Caouette. He attended Mechanic Falls schools and was employed at Philips Elmet for 20 years, after which time he began his own company, called Geo-Flow, until his retirement.
Following retirement, he enjoyed travel and golf.
Survivors include his parents of Mechanic Falls; his wife, the former Elaine Kirouac of Wales, whom he married in 1976; one son, Keith Caouette and his wife, Amber, of Lewiston; one daughter, Julie Niva and her husband, Marcus, of Lewiston; three brothers; three sisters; and one granddaughter, Rayven Niva.
He was predeceased by one brother.
