Navy Seaman Patrick S. Parker, son of William A. Parker of Lewiston, and his fellow shipmates assigned to the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan made a port visit to Jebel Ali, United Arab Emirates, while on a scheduled deployment as part of Carrier Strike Group 7.
CSG-7 has been conducting maritime security operations. Parker is a 2005 graduate of Gorham High School of Gorham and joined the Navy in June 2005.
