PORTLAND- Special guests Bauhaus and Peaches will perform at the Nine Inch Nails concert June 21 at the Cumberland County Civic Center.

It’s difficult to pin Bauhaus to one genre. The band’s influences run deep, encompassing everything from dub reggae to proto-electronic bands like Can and Suicide.

Peaches, the Canadian-born, Berlin-based artist who likes to sing about sex, was nominated twice for the Shortlist Prize for Artistic Achievement (the American version of the prestigious U.K. Mercury Prize) in 2002 and 2004.

The concert will begin at 7:30 p.m.

Tickets are $32.50, general admission, all ages. Tickets are available at the civic center box office and at all Ticketmaster outlets. Fans can also call 775-3331 or 775-3458; or go online to www.ticketmaster.com and www.teapartyconcerts.com.
