AUBURN – The following cases were closed recently in the Androscoggin County Superior Court:

Daniel Bousquet, 21, Lewiston, disorderly conduct and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on March 26, both charges filed, fined $250 for each charge.

Timothy Boutin, 30, Lewiston, forgery on Aug. 9, filed with no cost.

Michael J. Bradstreet, 25, Lewiston, violating a protective order on March 16, dismissed.

Andrew J. Bryan, 41, Woolwich, operating while license suspended or revoked on May 9, 2005, filed, fined $200.

Anthony R. Buerhaus, 35, Portland, sexual abuse of a minor and aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs on Dec. 6, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to three years at the county jail with all but 38 days suspended and four years probation; second charge dismissed.

Matthew N. Burgess II, 20, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, robbery, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, and criminal mischief on Sept. 6, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to two years at the state prison with all but six months suspended and one year probation.

Robert Burke Jr., 27, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking on Jan. 8, 2005, found guilty, sentenced to six months at the county jail.

Christopher J. Camposeo, 22, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on April 10, 2005, dismissed.

Wayne Canwell, 60, Lewiston, operating under the influence and failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident on April 11, 2005, found guilty on first charge, fined $700, sentenced to 12 days at the county jail, license suspended 18 months and registration suspended; second charge dismissed.

Denis R. Castonguay, 51, Lewiston, driving to endanger on June 1, filed with no cost.

Marco V. Charamella, 22, Worcester, Mass., obstructing public ways on May 27, dismissed.

Steven Cheney, 36, Lewiston, probation on a Nov. 21, 2000 assault charge, sentenced to 16 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Heather Christian, 32, Augusta, probation violation on a Dec. 10, 2003 theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge, sentenced to 20 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Yvonne E. Cole, 55, Gray, operating under the influence on May 30, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Christopher M. Cook, 32, Lewiston, operating after habitual offender revocation, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Nov. 15, 2004 and violating condition of release on Feb. 21, 2005, all charges dismissed.

Andrew D. Crockett, 31, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on Nov. 1, 2004, found guilty, fined $600.

William Edward Daley, 44, Old Orchard Beach, assault on June 19, dismissed.

Guy J. Defiore Jr., 48, Lewiston, harassment on March 1, filed, fined $75.

Adrian Dobson, 28, Lewiston, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon and assault on Nov. 21, both charges dismissed.

Alfred Donnell, 53, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on May 3, 2005, filed with no cost.

Caleb Michael Duchesneau, 22, Auburn, assault, violating condition of release and criminal threatening on Dec. 26, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to nine months and one day at the state prison; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 120 days at the county jail; third charge dismissed.

Daniel Dumont, 44, Saco, probation violation on a Sept. 10, 2003 aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs charge, sentenced to six months at the county jail and probation revoked.

David R. Duprey, 48, Lewiston, harassment by telephone on May 1, dismissed.

Mark L. Duval, 35, Mechanic Falls, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Jan. 28, dismissed.

Glendon Scott Edwards, 34, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 13, 2004, June 24, 2004 and Sept. 21, 2004, found guilty on all charges, fined $100 on first charge; sentenced to two years at the state prison with all suspended, two years probation and ordered to pay $2,804.79 restitution for each on second and third charges; also charged with operating after habitual offender revocation on Aug. 5, 2004, found guilty, fined $400.

Travis W. Enman, 22, Lewiston, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, and possession or transfer of burglar’s tools on Oct. 29, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to two years and six months a the state prison and ordered to pay $250 restitution; second and third charges dismissed.

Travis W. Enman, 22, Auburn, escape on Jan. 13, found guilty, sentenced to one year at the state prison.

John Alec Esty Jr., 24, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and two counts of burglary on Aug. 2, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second and third charges, sentenced to nine years at the state prison with all but three years suspended, three years probation and ordered to pay $1,800 restitution for each charge; also charged with burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, and stealing drugs on Aug. 4, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to nine years at the state prison with all but three years suspended and three years probation; second and third charges dismissed; and violating condition of release on Dec. 31, dismissed.

Mark Fenlon, 38, Lewiston, assault on May 22, dismissed.

James M. Flick, 48, Mount Vernon, driving to endanger on Dec. 10, 2004, filed, fined $500.

James P. Footer, 43, Lewiston, operating under the influence on March 21, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Donald M. Forbes, 51, Windham, operating while license suspended or revoked and unlawful use of a license on May 18, 2005, found guilty on both charges, fined $250 on first charge; fined $50 on second charge.

Patrick R. Fortine, 26, Lewiston, violating a protective order on April 15 and carrying a concealed weapon on Sept. 24, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to five days at the county jail; second charge dismissed.

Brock N. Gagnon, 26, Auburn, assault on Oct. 7, found guilty, sentenced to two years at the state prison with all but 37 days suspended and two years probation; also charged with assault and violating condition of release on Jan. 1, both charges dismissed.

Benjamin J. Gatcomb, 19, Lewiston, assault and terrorizing on June 10, both charges dismissed.

Sandra K. Gillespie, 42, Auburn, disorderly conduct, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, and two counts of assault on April 16, 2005, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third and fourth charges, sentenced to 48 hours at the county jail for each charge.

Eric S. Ginchereau, 42, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on May 8, 2005, filed, fined $100.

Donald R. Gower, 54, Auburn, theft by deception on Aug. 7, 2003, found guilty, sentenced to one year at the state prison with all suspended, two years probation and ordered to pay $3,113 restitution.

Tammy L. Grover, 34, Oxford, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on April 23, 2005, found guilty, fined $100.

Robert E. Haas, 31, Lewiston, assault on May 29, dismissed.

Nichole Parent Hallock, 23, Lewiston, operating after habitual offender revocation, forgery and failure to register a vehicle on Dec. 30, 2004, operating after habitual offender revocation on March 3, 2005, and trafficking in prison contraband on March 10, 2005, all charges dismissed.

Joshua S. Harmon, 21, Auburn, reckless conduct on Sept. 24, 2004, found guilty, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail.

Eric Ryan Hart, 25, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on April 21, 2005, filed with no cost; also charged with operating under the influence, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, and driving to endanger on April 26, 2005, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second and third charges; fined $100 and license suspended 30 days on second charge; fined $250 and license suspended 30 days on third charge.

Elizabeth T. Hasch, 25, Lewiston, assault on May 7, 2005, dismissed.

Laurie A. Hearne, 42, Lewiston, assault on April 27, 2005, filed, fined $100.

Ryan S. Henson, 30, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on Feb. 14, 2005, dismissed; also charged with terrorizing, operating under the influence and operating a vehicle without a license on April 11, 2005, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail; second and third charges dismissed; and criminal mischief on June 9, found guilty, sentenced to six months at the county jail.

Sherri A. Howes, 20, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on Jan. 17, 2005, filed, fined $75.

Dante Huerta, 22, North Turner, operating under the influence on Oct. 10, 2004, dismissed.

Blydell James, 45, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on May 21, filed, fined $100.

Hugh Herbert Jett, 44, Raymond, operating after habitual offender revocation, operating under the influence, failing to stop for an officer, and refusing to give personal information to an officer on July 15, 2004, found guilty on first and second charges, sentenced to one year at the county jail with all but 60 days suspended and one year probation on first charge; fined $1,400, sentenced to 60 days at the county jail, license suspended four years and registration suspended on second charge; third and fourth charges dismissed.

Lucas M. Judkins, 22, Pittsfield, probation violation on a Dec. 31, 2003 robbery charge, sentenced to 90 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Edouard K. Kanamugire, 34, Portland, operating while license suspended or revoked on April 2, found guilty, fined $600.
