Five members of a global media class at Alfred University in Alfred, N.Y., were selected to present their research at the third annual Rochester Institute of Technology Undergraduate Research Conference on April 19.
The group joined 39 other students representing nine institutions. Alfred’s team included Michelle Clark, a senior communications studies major from South Freeport, a graduate of Winthrop High School, presenting a paper on news coverage of the Vietnam War.
