RUMFORD – The following cases were closed recently in 11th District Court:

Timothy L. Cook, 35, Gainsville, Ga., failure to provide a correct name, address, and/or date of birth on April 15, found guilty, sentenced to 72 hours.

Jeremy L. Cowin, 24, Rumford, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, disorderly conduct, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, and violating condition of release on March 26, all charges sent to jury trial.

Gordon F. Dean, 72, Mexico, assault on June 30, 2002, dismissed.

Frank A. Fancher, 31, Gainsville, Ga., failure to provide a correct name, address, and/or date of birth on April 15, found guilty, sentenced to 72 hours.

Aaron W. Newton, 34, Peru, violating condition of release on April 19, found guilty, sentenced to 36 hours.

Matthew P. Parise, 26, Key West, Fla., operating under the influence on Dec. 23, sent to jury trial.

Shaun M. Parker, 26, Weare, N.H., operating under the influence on Feb. 4, sent to jury trial.

George J. Stanley, 58, Berlin, N.H., theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Jan. 25.
