AUBURN – The Corporate and Community Services Department at Central Maine Community College will offer its project management certificate program (CCS 021-01) from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Tuesdays, May 9 and 16. The cost is $260.

The workshop will teach technical and non-technical professionals how to plan, organize and complete projects. Participants will learn how to use a variety of project management methods and tools, including problem-solving, work breakdown structure, estimating and forecasting, project scheduling, Gantt charting and contingency planning.

The program will be facilitated by Jim Milliken, who holds a Project management professional certification from the Project Management Institute. He has more than 15 years of training experience in the areas of project management, supervision, teambuilding and communication.
