Ryan Webber, son of Mark and Ava Webber of Concord, N.C., and grandson of Floyd and Sandra Webber of Lisbon Falls, is the recipient of numerous scholarship offerings from his college choices.

Averett University in Danville, Va., has awarded Webber a $9,700 yearly renewable scholarship in recognition of his high school achievements. He has also been offered a $5,000 yearly renewable scholarship from Wingate University in Wingate, N.C. Guilford College in Greensboro, N.C., has offered him a $4,000 yearly renewable scholarship and Catawba College in Salisbury, N.C., has offered a $5,500 yearly renewable trustee scholarship.

Webber has been awarded the scholarships based on his academic excellence throughout his high school career. He is a graduating senior at Jay M. Robinson High School in Concord, N.C.
