Dear Sun Spots: I am hoping that one or more of your readers can help me on this toughie!

I am looking for an industrial-type-clothes hanger. They remind me of the garment district in New York where clothes are hung on the heavy duty hanger that has wheels. I don’t care if it’s straight, round, with wheels or without. It just must be quite sturdy! I have very little closet space and way too many clothes. Any help anyone can provide would be most appreciated. You can reach me via e-mail at [email protected] – No Name, No Town.

Dear Sun Spots: I hope you can help me. I have a Singer Sewing Machine model 301, slant needle. I also have a buttonhole maker that fits on this sewing machine. I do have a part missing and can’t make buttonholes without it. If you know of anyone who has a buttonhole maker and could let me borrow it for at least one day, I would appreciate it very much. Thank you very much. My name is Rita Morency and my telephone is 782-1889. – Rita Morency, No Town.

Dear Sun Spots: There is a local Hyla vacuum cleaner sales person in Lisbon, as I have purchased one from him about four years ago. The contact is R.T. Enterprises, Richard Tremblay, 353-1613. I hope this helps. – Diana Sullivan, Lisbon Falls.

Dear Sun Spots: I have a book that was published before books were copyrighted. It is “The Last of Pompeii” by Edward Bulwer-Lytton. I saw online that it has been republished several times so I was wondering if my copy might have some value. Where can I get an honest appraisal of it? It was published by J.H. Sears & Co. Inc., Printed and Bound by Kingsport Press of Tennessee. Any help you can give me will be appreciated. – R. C., Auburn.
