AUBURN – Gina Letourneau of Coldwell Banker Millett Realty has been awarded the Top Team Award for her outstanding commitment to serving her clients’ needs in 2005.
Her team includes Karen Gruver, buyer agent, and Deb Lebourdais, her administrative assistant. They were recognized at the company awards event held at the Hilton Garden Inn in early April.
Letourneau was also recognized by the Coldwell Banker Maine Alliance at its annual statewide awards event as the No. 1 agent in Maine for total sales out of all the Coldwell Banker agents in Maine.
Letourneau’s team has been in real estate marketing and sales in the local community for almost 20 years. Letourneau is a member of the Androscoggin Valley Board of Realtors, Maine Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
