The ballots defeated Jeffrey Ganong, with 217, and Richard Main, with 189. The terms will be for one, two and three years, based on the number of votes received.

In the three-way District 1 Council race, Gina Mason and Janet Henry were elected for two-and one-year terms, 127 and 117, defeating Pete Reed, 108.

Running unopposed in District 2 were Dale Crafts, 260, and Norma Wells, 117, for two- and one-year terms respectively.

Seven new members were elected to the new Budget Advisory Board, all by write-in votes, as there were no candidates listed on the ballot. Taking the three at-large seats were Richard Main, 7, Paul Chizmar 7, Herbert “Pete” Reed, 6, and Jeffrey Ganong, 6.
