SABATTUS – Mr. and Mrs. Alan Shaw of Warner Robins, Ga., are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Kelly Nicole Shaw, to Brian Matthew Gagne of Atlanta, Ga., son of Mr. and Mrs. Marcel Gagne Jr. of Sabattus. The wedding will be held on July 16 at Carillon Beach, Fla.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Janetta Marteney and Mr. and Mrs. Donald Shaw, all of Benton, Ill. She is a graduate of Warner Robins High School in Warner Robins, Ga., and received a master’s degree in communication disorders from Valdosta State University. She is a speech-language pathologist with Fulton County Board of Education in Atlanta, Ga.
The future bridegroom is the grandson of Shirley Beaule and the late Roland Beaule and Ethel Gagne and the late Marcel Gagne Sr., all of Sabattus. He is a graduate of McIntosh High School in Peachtree City, Ga., and received his master’s degree in physical therapy at Georgia State University. He is a physical therapist at Piedmont-Fayette Hospital in Fayetteville, Ga.
After a honeymoon in Florida, the couple plans to make their home in Atlanta, Ga.
