• Board Development for NonProfits: May 17, 9 a.m. to noon. Learn more about roles that the board and board members play and how board participation makes a world of difference in the success of voluntary organizations.
• 21 Techniques to Bring Your Team to the Top: June 1 and 7, 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. This interactive course will provide specific group problem-solving techniques.
• How to Sell Anything on eBay: June 1 and 29, 6 to 9 p.m. This workshop will showmany of the ins and outs of the online auction community.
• Conflict Management in the Workplace: June 15 and 22, 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. Course is designed to develop skills for dealing with interpersonal relationships and conflicts in the workplace.
• Customer Service for Hospitality: Mondays starting June 19 through July 17, from 1 to 4 p.m. (no class July 3).
