SOUTH PORTLAND – The wedding of Stacey Rolfe and Scot Nelson MacKenzie was held at 6 p.m. on April 7 at the home of the bridegroom’s mother in South Portland. A much larger wedding is planned for June 10 at the Cliffhouse in Ogunquit, but due to the bridegroom’s second deployment to Iraq, a small ceremony was performed before he left.

The bride is the daughter of Dean and Linda Rolfe of Lewiston. She is a 1997 graduate of St. Dominic Regional High School and has been employed at TD Banknorth for seven years.

The bridegroom is the son of Brenda and Ray Peters of South Portland and Dean and Deb MacKenzie of Florida. He is a 1990 graduate of Biddeford High School and is currently attending Andover College for a degree in criminal justice. He is employed as loss prevention supervisor at Wal-Mart Distribution Center in Lewiston. He has been serving with the U.S. Army National Guard for 15 years as a sergeant/medic in the 169th Military Police in Bangor.
